GREAT FLICK! To truly understand it, you must watch the first Top Gun. The special features are amazing; the REALISM is incredible; special cameras were created to capture the flying sequences where the actors were really in flying jets. There was a jet with a side-mounted camera so we can see directly into the cockpits of these action shots. Cruise actually was catapulted off of a carrier several times to get authentic shots; don't forget that Tom is a licensed plot. Again, what MAKES this action flick so real is the length they went to to use actual planes rather than CGI. And, on top of it, this flick has HEART. All I can add is WATCH IT!

One of the best action movies ever. Period. Feels real. What a massive achievement. And even the non-action parts are good. How I still believe super famous tome Cruz is this character is amazing.

Story line ok, not as good as original Top Gun. Action at the movie's end makes the movie worth watching.

In the world of sequels, this ranks up with the best I ever seen. Except for "Charlie & Viper" all of the main characters from the first movie were nicely referenced. The "Making of the movie" additional content adds a nice cherry on the top!

Wvery once in a while they get it right. Tom Cruises dedication to this film os admirable. His persuit of a sequal worthy of its predecessor is visabke throught out Top Gun Maverick. Job well done.

The BEST movie of 2022! This was probably everyone’s favorite movie from 2022! The best part was that the 4K looked amazing and is one of the year’s best! This is how 4K should look and sound!

I’m a die hard lover of Top Gun. I waited to see this and I was not let down. Some say it’s hokie and blah blah blah. I thought it was great! Some throwbacks and over the top flying. A must have!

Worth the wait! Loved the original Top Gun as a teenager in the 80's. The sequel didn't disappoint. The 4k on my Sony OLED is fantastic! As good as the video is the audio is even better!

Excellent quality 4k transfer. No artifacting or weird color grading issues. The film itself... I don't think I need to convince anyone about the movie especially those researching for a 4k Blu-ray.

Waiting decades for a sequel turned to be good. All "boys" are now grown up and heading for a new and extremely challenging mission. It's a great movie with fast pace and interesting story.

Was a great fan of the original. Did a great job of continuing the story line into this movie. Action, sound, story was excellent. Will be watching it multiple times.

Top Gun. Wow. Tom makes me wanna fly a jet. I bet his 3rd film will be about him breaking out of the nursing home stealing a fighter jet just for the kicks of it. Talk to me goose. lol

This is the Dark Knight of Top Gun. The movie is heavily invested in the characters emotion and full of fun action. Did not feel there was a need to make a sequel but Im glad it exist

A good movie like this deserves to be viewed in 4k on a huge screen with a loud sound system.

Fantastic show. Better than the previous Top Gun, hard to believe that it could be but the flight scenes were out of this world. The technology that went into the camera work inside and outside of the cockpits was unbelievable.

We had to wait 30 years for part 2 to Top Gun wish it happen 28 years ago. This movie is every bit as good as the first movie. The only thing i would have wanted was to hear "You lost that loving feeling"!

Real 4K UHD both in audio and video. It's a very good movie, I owned the DVD, but I wanted to get a 4K so that I can compare, the conclusion is 4K is better both in audio and video.

Nice sequel follow up to Top gun. It was good to see what happened to earlier characters. Ending typical Tom Cruise, Superman ending but great photography and action sequences. Great movie night flick.

Maverick later on in life, still getting demoted for crazy flying. turns out again pilots need to learn to dog fight with guns while learning to push the envelope. pretty good story, i liked the ending.
