Not Able To Use Best Buy Reward At Checkout
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was drawn to visit the Best Buy in West Lebanon, New Hampshire after receiving an email from Best Buy announcing a $10 reward. When reviewing the 4K movie offerings, there was no question in my mind as to how I would use the reward: Top Gun Maverick for $9.99? That’s a done deal. During checkout, I was having a hard time reciting my phone number to the cashier due to some indoor construction/demolition occurring at the time. If you are familiar with the layout of a Best Buy, then you might be able to imagine how a jackhammer sounds as it bellows in an open arena like that. Even after leaning forward to more loudly recite my phone number I was having trouble verbally communicating that I had reward money that I wanted to use toward the purchase. I wound up paying full price for the movie, which, even though it was $9.99, was money I didn’t feel I should have spent. When I accepted my receipt, I asked if my reward money could somehow be credited toward the purchase. The cashier tried telling me, again, over the sound of demolition, that it would be a hassle to return the purchase and go through everything again. I’m not disappointed with my acquisition; I just wish that I had gotten it for free as I had originally planned.

Great Movie

The movie itself was worth every penny. The sequel was just as good as the original. The nostalgia was there.

Tom Cruise is back

UHD Disc Problems on Sony UHD Blue-Ray Player
