I’ve been using this electric trike for a few weeks and it has exceeded my expectations. The strong motor provides plenty of power for neighborhood rides, errands, and light trails, while the fat tires make the ride feel stable and comfortable on different surfaces. The three-wheel design gives me extra confidence and balance, especially when carrying stuffs in the front basket or rear cargo rack. Battery life has been reliable, easily covering my daily trips, and the seat is comfortable even on longer rides. The only thing I want to suggest after buying is that the installation instruction is a bit small to see it clearly, I would recommend reaching out to the seller to get the installation video which helped me a lot during the installation!

this was delivered in a box damaged by fedex. the instructions for assembly are complete trash, there is no way anyone could build it from that. every part of this bicycle is as cheap as they can make it. even at 50% off this is a horrible bike. Do not buy this product it is straight trash. Best Buy should be ashamed of selling this product. i was asked to take a discount to keep this trash. pretty bad the manufacture wont even stand behind their equipment.
