This is more a docu-drama. You dont know these characters...it more about what lead up to pearl harbor.

Completes the trilogy of A Bridge Too Far, Battle of Britain and Tora Tora Tora!

There is some interest in seeing the combat recreations, but the script lacks too much structure and characterization to be truly a good film.

It's a great movie, I've seen it many times, but this copy doesn't play on device I have tried and I lost the receipt.

Tora! Tora! Tora! provides primarily the Japanese prospective of the attack on Pearl Harbor which includes their planning, intra-service considerations of the attack, realistic training work-up and graphic detail for their 350 plane pre-dawn carrier launch of attach aircraft on the morning of December 7, 1941, and vividly depicts the complete state of the surprise that the Japanese Naval Air Forces achieved during their attack on the American Forces stationed at Pearl Harbor and their ensuing confusion. The film is filled with many dramatic aerial sequences which were realistically portrayed. The scheduled follow-up 2nd attack was canceled due to the apparent overall success of the first attack and the fleet turned Northwest in retirement to Japanese waters.

This film is perhaps the most accurate depiction of the attack on Pearl Harbor and the events leading up to it. With an all-star cast, both sides of the conflict are shown. Loaded with special features, this release is definitely worth your time.

This is a great movie of Pearl Harbor. It is also a really accurate movie. Overall, I though it was a great movie. The only bad ting, is that in some parts the movie seems a little slow, and a little boring, but then its still a great movie.

This is a great packaged dvd. Of course it contains the original movie but it also includes excellant documentaries from the history channel and A&E. All together well worth the price I paid.

I highly recommend this dramatic war films to all history buffs!
