    The first one I bought I had to return as it did not work. I just received my replacement and although it does run, the second hand gets stuck on the hour hand and doesn't move. I don't know where this product is being manufactured but it is DEFINITELY cheaply made for the amount of money they are charging for this product. I have NEVER had any problems with BB merchandise/orders but this one has DEFINITELY disappointed me! Now I have to be inconvenienced again to return the same product!

    A clock that you plug in that still needs a Battery MAJOR FAIL. The clock hands are also off, at say 3:00 the small hand is quite a bit past the 3.....I do not see any way to adjust this without taking the clock apart. No the dial on the back adjusts the Time, not if the hands are off, which is quite likely to happen in shipping
