Works great! Took it to a theme park & it honestly helped with the heat! The cooling plates are no joke!

This personal cooler is simply awesome on a hot day. After charging it up, you simply turn it on, slip it around your neck and go - the "TEC" (thermo-electric cooler or peltier cooler) uses small amounts of power to create a VERY chilled surface that the fans then use to cool the air and blow that cold air UP from the collar over your face and head. It's remarkable how big of a difference it can make in a very short time on a hot day. For extra cooling (particularly spot cooling) the pads on the ends of the collar get very cold as well. But wait, there's more - the same TEC technology that allows for cooling can ALSO be a heater just by flipping the energy flow. So now you have a personal HEATER for cold days that's just as effective. And TEC coolers produce their cold (or heat) silently and efficiently - so they not only get to temperature fast, but the battery will still last a LONG time even on higher settings. So now you can take instant heat or instance cooling with you wherever you are, brilliant! The collar is simple to charge and use and the battery does indeed last a SUPER long time. It's fairly comfortable to wear, particularly since you're getting another benefit out of it and it does seem to be built reasonably well (though it is in large part plastic). I think the collar should fit most people based don the overall size and flexibility. So if you could use a great way to be cooler (or warmer) nearly anywhere you go, this is a great option to do just that. Give it a try today!

Good but not so much on battery life. Was quoted on box of 30 hours and only make it to around 8 or 9. Cooling plates seem to underperform when in high heat situations. Maybe good for an warm office situation but not what i got them for.

Now at first I was skeptical for the the price, but after using the Coolify 2S Pro for a few weeks it has quickly become one of the most useful gadgets I own. If you are someone who struggles with the summer heat or just wants to stay comfortable during outdoor activities, this device is a total game changer! It does not just blow air around like a standard fan where it actually provides a chilling sensation that feels like holding a cold drink against your neck. INSTANT COOLING AND YEAR ROUND USE The standout feature is the instant cooling technology. With one press of the "Turbo Mode", the cooling plates get cold almost immediately which provide that refreshing chill even on the hottest days. What makes this model unique is that it is a 3 in 1 device in that it offers cooling, a standard fan mode, and even a heat therapy mode. Having the ability to switch to a warming setting makes this something you can actually use year round. SMART DESIGN AND ALL DAY COMFORT Despite the advanced tech inside, the device is surprisingly lightweight and sits comfortably around your neck. VERDICT Yes, you can buy a cheap portable fan, but the Coolify 2S Pro is a premium product that I promise you will continue to come back to. It looks sleek, feels high end, and delivers on its promise of instant relief from the heat. Whether you are commuting, working in the yard, or traveling, it provides a level of comfort and relief that a basic handheld fan simply cannot match. It even comes with a nice carrying case to keep everything protected when you toss it in your bag. Again, before using the product I was hesitant, but now I have a perfect gift for everyone because I really think everyone needs one of these!

I have always seen these things advertised and seen people wearing them in the summer, but I have never owned one myself. Finally, I pulled the trigger and decided to try one out for myself. Out of the box, I have to say this is a little bigger than I was expecting, but when you put it around your neck, it doesn’t feel bulky or uncomfortable. It feels like a very well made product, none of the plastic parts feel cheap or flimsy. It comes with a nice hardshell carrying case as well as a USB charging cable. Mine came with an almost full battery, so I was able to start using it right away. We haven’t reached the really hot days of summer yet, but it was still warm enough for me to give it a try. There is a power button on the side with a small display that shows you what fan speed you are at, or also what mode you have as well. This not only has the fans and cooling, but it also has heat settings as well. I started out with the fan and cooling setting. I put it on low and put it around my neck and I was amazed at how fast the little plates on the back got cool. The fans were blowing air up the side of my head, and I immediately felt cooler. You are easily able to adjust the tightness of the band around the side of your neck as well as the tilt of the fan up or down on the side of your head as well. I was easily able to jog and move around, and the fan stayed in place without slipping or falling off. There are 2 more higher fan settings as well if you need them. The highest one is definitely pretty loud, but definitely passes a good amount of air for such a tiny unit. I can see this being invaluable to have during the summer months when I am out doing yard work, biking, or walking the dog to stay cool. As mentioned before, there is also a heat setting. For this setting, the fans aren’t on, but the 2 plates on the back of your neck get warm. There are 3 settings of warmth as well. I put it on the lowest setting, and once again, I was amazed at how fast those plates got warm. I don’t know what kind of technology they use, but it amazes me how quickly this gets cold or hot. I think the heat setting would be great if you had a sore neck after a long day. Would be nice to just have like a heating pad on your neck. It would also be nice to use if you are out doing winder activities like shoveling snow, or skiing and things like that to stay a little warmer. Overall, I am amazed at this little gadget, and I can’t believe I waited so long to get one. It will definitely make my summer much cooler and more tolerable!

I bought this for my husband for a trip to the carribean. We had to return it the same day that it arrived to our home, The fan does not get cold as it's advertised. It does get cool but you can purchase one much cheaper with the same results.

The advertised battery life is unobtainable, using it as an actual cooler not just a fan will result in abysmal battery life. Returned it almost immediately

The Coolify 2S Pro takes a concept that many other companies have tried to copy and implements nearly every aspect of the product perfectly. Last year my family went to Disney World and one of the essentials people told us to bring were neck cooling fans. While I saw the nice Coolify models at the time, I went out and got two really cheap models that had peltier coolers and figured that a cheap one was probably good enough to provide at least some benefit in the Florida heat. We ended up barely using those cheap ones because they barely did anything. Now that I've had a chance to use "the real thing" (aka the Torras Coolify 2S Pro), I'm sad that I wasted even a few bucks before. The Coolify 2S Pro has amazing cooling power even at the lowest fan setting. I'm guessing this is because it has two cooling plates, one on each side of your neck. Along with the two plates, it has a two-axis hinge in the rear to allow you to keep those side plates firmly against the veins and arteries on the sides of your neck. As a result, the cooling effect is extremely effective and instantaneous even at the lowest fan settings. If you crank it up to the highest cooling modes (C3 and the super powerful P3) you get the benefits of both cold pressure on your neck as well as feeling cool air blowing from the fans up the sides of your face. This has an amazing effect especially if you are sweaty. You can also use the hinge to change the angle of the fans to point them totally away from your face (and your ears) to make the Coolify 2S subjectively quieter to use. This can make a big difference on the higher fan settings if you want to keep your neck cool without drowning out conversations. Battery life is very good as well. The P3 mode will drain the battery pretty quickly (seems like less than an hour) but the C1 mode sips juice and seems like it's good for around 2.5 hours based on my use so far. Used with a mix of C1 and F1 modes you could easily make it the entire day with some air blowing or cold plates chilling you the entire time. On top of the good battery life, it supports 18W USB-C PD charging so you can top it up very quickly from a portable battery pack, car, or wall charger. Overall, I went in somewhat skeptical that the Coolify 2S Pro would be THAT much better than the cheap pelitier neck coolers I already own. I was totally wrong, this thing is amazing. Now I want to give the ultra high-end Cyber model a shot, too!

Torras is really going wide with its product offerings with this cooling fan. My first introduction to the brand was their better quality phone cases and this product does not disappoint. The packaging, to start, is pretty impressive. Then as I started to experience the product, I can see the consistency of how I see perceive the brand—durable and promising. I started experiencing this cooling fan at the time Los Angeles is starting to heat up. As a soccer parent, there is nothing more important than my comfort in the middle of the field, or the bleachers. Having it set up is fairly easy. It does have the option to connect to Bluetooth, which sounds silly at first because the gadget is right around my neck. But when you’re actually under the sun, you would not want to take it off so pulling out my phone to change the settings is the wiser option. The cooling effect is decent. The temperature is very susceptible to the surrounding conditions. For example, I used it around the house in the temporary absence of airconditioning, so the cooling is very effective, then I started washing dishes, and the steam from the sink easily passes through the fan, the temperature of the wind it blows out, changes so quickly. I do not notice this much out in the field, and since we are still on spring weather, the wind is generally cold while the sun is hot. I can imagine it could be spewing “tap” air when the desert winds are prevalent. Generally, it does manage to keep the “climate” around my neck controlled. The heating is pretty good too, which works for evening soccer practices. I don’t think I am can say it enough how good this will be for parents who have kids in sports. Battery life is decent—it is enough to last an activity, at drain rate of around 10% every 15 minutes. It is a little loud by the ears so there is some adjusting to having conversations. Also, with my contact lenses on, it does tend to dry my eyes. But these are negotiables, especially when I just really need to be a little cooler on hot days. I think it is a good product—something I did not think I needed. Now that I have one, I could not go out without it. It does come with a really nice case, and charging on a 45w brick brings it to full in an hour or so. I love it. I think it is a must for outdoor people. Summer is coming. Thank me later.

I am writing this review for the Torras Coolify 2S Pro Wearable Instant Cooling And Heating Device. I have to be honest, I was expecting a gimmick device. I have used my share of “cooling devices” over the years, and none of them were anything more than a noisy, bothersome portable fan, or a wet soggy cloth that typically dripped water down the back of my shirt. But out of the box, I knew the Coolify was different. First, the ultra-high quality is unmistakable and obvious. The Coolify is solid and well-built from solid and durable materials. There isn’t an ounce of cheap in this device. The craftsmanship is extraordinary. The edges are smooth and well-polished, the fan output vents are cleanly constructed, and the neck-hinge is exceptionally responsive and stays exactly where you put it. There are Cadillacs, there are Lincolns, but quality-wise, the Coolify 2S Pro is a Bentley. And I cannot leave out praise for the included rigid case. The quality of the 2S is mirrored by the quality of the oval zippered cloth-covered case. And the zipper? Smooth as silk. It is so smooth I found myself just zipping open and closed for the sheer enjoyment. I don’t know that I have ever experienced a zipper that is this smooth. From start to finish, the quality of the S2 is extraordinary, and for quality alone, the Coolify is worthy of a 10-star rating. After admiring both the device and the case, it was time to put it to the test. Out of the box the device was over 70% charged, so I didn’t have to wait to try it out. The S2 is amazingly simple to operate, and without even reading any of the instructions, a person could figure out how to use it in just a few minutes without the aid of a quick start guide or app. On the right side of the S2 is the Power button, and on the left side is the Control/Setting button. Without the app, the setting button allows for AC, fan, and heat modes, and in tandem, a quick press of the power button allows for fan speeds and intensity. The app makes this a much simpler process with just a tap of the finger you can instantly adjust the settings to your liking. So how well does it work? It works exactly like it is designed to work, and coming from me, that is one of the highest compliments I can pay. In the heat, it delivers a cooling and refreshing breeze as well as a cold touch to the neck. It is surprising just how far that goes in making the heat more tolerable. There is no AC in the warehouse in which I work, so it has been quite the welcome companion. No, it doesn’t keep me from sweating under the arms and all, but it sure makes my head and face a lot more comfortable. And I can adjust the intensity to my own personal liking. Although I haven’t had any need to use the heating part of the S2, I have tried it out and found it to be quite relaxing and comforting. I’m looking forward to the Winter to really give it a good work out. If there is anything negative to say about the S2, it would be the battery life on full AC mode. I found that fully charged, it lasted a little over 2 ½ hours, and then needed to be recharged. The good part is that you can use a portable power block, but then you have to deal with wearing both the S2 and a rather heavy power cell. I don’t know how well it would hold up if it should get wet (like being outside in the rain on a hot day), but in all honesty, my forays out into a rainy day are quite limited so that will not be an issue. All in all, the Torras Coolify 2S Pro Wearable Instant Cooling And Heating Device performs flawlessly, and exactly like it is supposed to. I would highly recommend the S2 to anyone who has to work in a hot environment, or a cold environment in the Winter. The S2 is top tier.

The TORRAS COOLiFY 2S Pro is one of those products that immediately makes an impression the second you put it on. My first reaction was honestly: “wow, that’s cold” immediately followed by “wow, that’s loud.” The cooling effect is actually noticeable right away, especially around the neck area, and I was genuinely surprised by how cold it felt at first. The device has multiple cooling power levels, with the highest setting basically feeling like an all-out blast of cooling around your neck. At full power you definitely notice it, especially indoors or while relaxing around the house. I found it worked best while sitting and watching YouTube, gaming, or just hanging out with headphones on. The heating mode is okay, but for me the cooling feature is definitely the main attraction here. As for comfort, this is where I’m a bit more mixed on it. It’s not super uncomfortable, but I also wouldn’t call it something I forgot I was wearing. It sits somewhere in the middle weight-wise, and personally I didn’t love wearing it while walking around because it felt a little flimsy around my neck during movement. Design-wise… it definitely looks a little weird in public. This is one of those products where people are probably going to ask what you’re wearing. Around the house though, I didn’t really care. Battery life has actually been pretty solid in my experience, which ended up being one of the strongest parts of the product for me. Noise level is probably my biggest complaint. On the highest cooling setting it gets very loud. Lower settings are quieter, but you still notice the fan noise pretty easily. The onboard controls took a little getting used to because I usually had to take it off to see what buttons I was pressing. I honestly didn’t even realize there was an app during most of my testing. Overall, I think this is a very niche product. I probably wouldn’t recommend it to everyone, but I could definitely see it being useful for people who get hot easily, run warm all the time, or even deal with neck discomfort and want some cooling relief around that area. The cooling effect itself is surprisingly legit. I just wish it was quieter and a little more comfortable for active use.

It seems to work marginally, but genuinely awful product

For me, 6'4" 235 lbs, this is really well designed. I would say it would work for most people with normal to large sized necks. For my wife, her neck is so thin she gets the benefit of the fans, but not the cooling/heating elements in the neck facing side. I tried adjusting it many ways, her neck is just too thin. For me, I did not realize the pads were there initially until I adjusted the neckpiece. The fans can blow enough air it can be loud enough that it may affect what you hear around you. It is not horrible, not like a jet engine. But if you drop something like a key or a nail, you may not hear it hit the ground. The app works really well. You can control the fan and the cooling and heating functions with a tap of the finger. These controls are also onboard you just cycle through the options. The app is good for updates and easily seeing battery level or changing strength quickly without taking the device off. Charging is pretty fast. It is comfortable and you don't notice the weight when it is around your neck. Now, as I mentioned, I am a larger human so it may be noticeable for a smaller person. I would recommend with caveats of your neck size and how small the size adjustment of the device can be. I like it a lot and would recommend to someone if they can test it first. The fan alone is well done, the cooling/heating pads make the device that much better if it will adjust to your neck size.

When it comes to temperature, this thing’s got you covered, and a great job at that. Fit: This device fits well around the neck, although if you make it tight, which you must do to really feel anything, you can tell you are wearing it. It does have some weight to it which you can also feel. My only comments are that I wish it were a little lighter, and that it didn’t require it to be so tight to feel it, particularly the heat. Controls: There are two buttons that are used to control everything. It is a little confusing to operate until you figure it out. One button is for power on/off and strength. The other button is for changing between heat, fan, and cooling. You can also turn on power mode. This is not completely obvious from the start. It has a nice little display that says what mode you are in and what strength. It also shows you the remaining battery level. Heat: There are heat plates around the side and back that provide plenty of heat, provided that they are touching you, you can feel it around your entire neck equally. There are three heat levels and, in my opinion, the middle is perfect. The heat is really hot on the high temperature, almost enough to burn you, but not quite, and the low level, you feel nothing. While it does heat up your neck, don’t expect it to warm you up overall. Cool: You have a couple of settings, normal and power. Normal feels like a normal amount air flowing to cool off any heat or sweat around your neck and head. It is also silent. The power mode really blows a large amount of cool air, similar to standing in front of a fan on high. It also makes a lot of noise. Basically, if you are hot and sweaty around your head, this will take care of it. Fan: This is essentially the same as cool, except without the cooling plates. I can’t really tell much of a difference between cool and fan. Case: It comes with a very high-quality hard case that it fits perfectly into. App: It was a little difficult to get the Coolify to connect to the app. The app installed fine, but I couldn’t figure out how to put it into pairing mode. Somehow, I did and the app connected, but I don’t think I would ever be able to figure out how to do that again. The app is very simple, gets to the point, and is laid out nicely. It allows you to turn the unit on and off. You can change the mode between cool, fan, and heat, and the strength. You can also turn the power mode on and off. And finally, gives you the remaining battery level. Conclusion: This device does what it is supposed to do and does it well. It fits fine although it is a little heavy. I think the cooling effect is much more useful than the heat, although both work well. The app is, along with many other things, is just there to make it unnecessarily smart which is the going trend. So, this is great for cooling off in the summer, although don’t expect it to warm you up in the winter. If this is what you are looking for, then this greatly fits the bill.

This is the first time I have tried a neck device that provided heating and cooling so I had no idea what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised. Living in Texas it gets brutal here in the summer months so even sitting on the porch is unpleasant. I have tested this a few days now and it absolutely works. Keeps you much cooler with a combination of the cooling plate and fans. I will say it is much less effective in windy conditions which makes sense. Battery life has been at advertised but to get the most out of it realistically and effectively 4 hours has been my experience at medium to high settings. It's comfortable and stable. The app is limited but the physical controls are better and well thought out anyway. As much as I like the cooling I think this will be even better on the heating side. It's really good for that and in the winter it can be more discreet under a hoodie or jacket. Charging time was about as advertised assuming you use a higher watt charging block which of course isn't included. The case is durable and minimal which is a good thing. I would think this would be most practical for anyone going to a sporting event, kids gathering, picnic or anywhere within a reasonable time before needing to charge. You can stretch it but you won't want to once it's 100 degrees out and you run it full throttle a few times. it's too tempting not to.

I was truly amazed with the capabilities of this neck device. I received it during a time when it was cold enough to try the heating pads on both side of your neck, and it warmed me up faster than I imagined. It is amazing how much warmer or cooler you feel when you neck and head temperature changes. The app allows multiple settings for each of hot, cold, and fan only. Just move the slider to lower or higher intensity in each of the three modes. It also has a timer to shut off at predetermined times, so it does not run forever or until the battery dies. Speaking of battery life, I had it on fan only and after 30 minutes, it barely used 20%. I have not used it on cool or heat for longer than about 15 minutes, so not sure how long the battery will last at max settings on either hot or cool modes. It uses a USB-C connector and depending on the wattage of your charger, it can recharge in less than 30 minutes if nearly depleted. It includes a power cord, but no brick. It comes with a carrycase, but one nitpick is that there is no dedicated storage for the USB-C cable. The app is simple to load and pair with this unit, and it offers simple and easy control of all functions. Not sure I have any suggestions to improve, other than a redesign of the carrycase to include storage for the cord and possibly a brick. Amazing product - highly recommended!

Bought as a father's day gift and my pops loved it, he works a blue vollar job and spends a lot of time in the heat, so it's been a life savor for him.
