The TORRAS Coolify 2s Smart 3-in-1 device is an absolute game changer. It is completely portable, lightweight, and has the ability to provide both heat and cooling or just some fan action. The bag included is protective and makes traveling a breeze. I used to reside in Florida and thought my wife would love the innovation of the Coolify as well as its convenience. The device has 9 different modes (3 heat, 3 cool, and 3 fan) and the battery life can lasts up to a day on a full charge. This battery life is limited if using the highest cool/fan setting, from observation dropping about 10% per hour. The buttons and directions make everything very straightforward. All settings can be shifted through using buttons only and there is also an app available for ease of use. The device does sound like a small nearby fan while operating but it’s not overwhelming. Definitely worth the relief provided versus the sound I have been using the device at home while vacuuming because that’s when my neck tends to sweat the most and I was pleasantly surprised by the immediate cooling effect and power of the Coolify’s bladeless fan. The fact that the unit itself gets cool is awesome because you avoid sweat where you are wearing the device. I was also pleased that the Coolify’s shape allows it to stay in place without slipping or hurting my neck while in use. The air flow kept me comfortable the entire time I vacuumed which made it a much more enjoyable experience. This has also worked well outside for walks, keeping myself cool and comfortable. A couple years ago I had a season pass to Disney, and this would have been an absolute game changer in the hot summer days. Looking forward to taking this on my beach trip later this year. The winters here tend to get chilly and I am greatly looking forward to testing out the heat feature later this year. All in all, the only "wish" I've had while using the Coolify is that I would enjoy having a sound feature built in to play music, but one can only hope for the future!

The air conditioner is really good, but the heat not very good It's good during the summer

Great features but if highly active the cooling system can’t keep up with the body heat temperature.

Interesting gadget but in my opinion its not worth the price.

Perfect for all year round with the heating and cooling. It works great and you can really feel the cold. Only time it wasn't "cold" was when I was outdoors in above 100 degree temps in the summertime, but what can you expect.

I love it!! Works great so far it struggles to stay "cold" when you are outside and the temp is above 110 f but you can't expect that lol i purchased for a disney trip in oct i think it should work great for that time.

The app is useless but the buttons work fine by themselves.

Good thought of a product, however doesn’t get the job done especially if you are working outdoors. Not worth $200 It does blow but not strongly & it gets cold as it says but it doesn’t overwhelm the heat at all. Waste of money trust me.

My wife has currently went thru some sickness ans issues in her body and its brought some fevers and with this intense heat lately its been a game changer for her, would recommend for sure

This item was purchased for a quadriplegic who gets overheated. It has been so helpful in cooling him down, fast. I highly recommend this for anyone who gets too hot and has trouble cooling down.

It worked great util they had a firmware update that the app asked me to authorize. I said yes as soon as complete. The unit would no longer turn on and the company said too bad we cant help uou its no longer under warranty even though it was working on my neck before I clock yes on the firmware update then it just died and now won't turn back on. Will not buy this brand again.

This was one of the dumbest purchases I ever made and it was returned right away. I’m always hot so it sounded like a good idea but the air just blew into my ear so it was completely useless and for the price not a good decision. I would not recommend this product.

Love it I’m a auto painter and summers are hot I use this when I’m inbetween bake cycle and brings my core temperature right down

This is the best neck fan I have had so far. Tried others in the past and they were not as good.

I use this thing all the time during summer airsoft milsim event to cool down. The cooling plates on the unit work great!

Lifesaver! While it may look odd, the neck a/c was definitely useful to keep my cool (pun intended) during a recent trip to India. Great product!

My wife loves this device. We've had the nornal nexk fan before but this AC feature is a new ball game and anyone whonuses it loves it.
