It is not even worth $10-$20, because it simply does not do what it claims to do. There is a fan that turns on that is powered by electricity, but no real cooling or heating, regardless, of which buttons you push. There is no way that thing will help on a mildly hot day let alone drop temperature by 25° as claimed. Do not waste your money. Best Buy should pull this product and not offer it. Best Buy has a stellar reputation for carrying quality products, but this is not one of them. Buyer beware! Thank you Total Tech for taking this back.
