I’d consider it okay, but not necessarily a cure for being hot or cold. I tend to get a sweaty forehead and nose pretty quick. Even from eating hot (temperature) food on a warm day. This seems to do a good job helping with that. However, it’s really only going to help from the neck up. It’s not going to do much for helping the rest of the body feel cool or warm. My home office is in part of our house not covered by our HVAC unit. So when it’s cool out, it’s cold in the room and vice versa when it’s hot. Once cool morning while working from home, I had this on heat. It did well to keep my neck warm, obviously, but my hands were still very cold. For cooling trials, I wore this in the car. On longer commutes, even with the AC running, my back gets sweaty. I don’t have ventilated seats so the skin is getting no air circulation. I could run the AC cooler, but I don’t. This unit kept me cool from the neck up, but I could still feel the heat building against my back. The ceramic plates do a great job transferring the coolness/heat. Battery life isn’t too bad either. I haven’t kept a timer but I got probably 5+ hours of mixed usage. I only ever used it on the lowest setting though, for heating or cooling. You do have to be okay with the constant noise of a fan in your ear though. Some might find it annoying while others enjoy it as white noise. I’d give it four stars but a major detractor for me is you have to activate your account with your phone! What on earth? I’ve never had a non-phone device that required my phone number. I was half tempted not to continue with the product, but after about a day, decided to proceed. I think it’s quite an unnecessary ask. Email should be plenty.

I am a personal trainer who trains the bulk of my clients outdoors. One set in particular trains at 5:30am. Most of the year is fine, but there a re a few winter months in which standing still can be brutal. I wear heated gloves, socks and use the heat packs for various areas, but the one area in which I struggle is above the shoulders, in particular, my neck face and ears. The Torras alleviates some of that, but I wish for just a bit more. When it comes to cooling, you get a great package. The fan mode will keep air flowing upward and keep the breeze coming. Go to the cooling mode, and you get the great cooling sensation on the neck paired with the fan for continual comfort. But, when going to warm, the neck gets nice and toasty, but there is no permeation of heat to my face and ears. This leaves a lot to be desired, and in many cases, provides less coverage than a good scarf. With such a gre4at cooling package, I would definitely want a comparable experience on the heat side of things. Now, some extra details. Comfort- For the first few hours, you barely know it's there, but after so much contact with the skin (If direct contact is used) if starts to "stick" a bit a break is needed. I believe in much warmer temperatures, this will become more evident, but we shall see. Controls- The controls are 75% intuitive. That other 25% is a problem. There are two main buttons that should all function the same, but they don't. Cooling is simply power on and use the level button to change levels. Should you want to use heat mode, you have to hold the power button for 2 seconds and all adjustments are made via the power button instead of the level button. I assumed this was the case after tinkering and going through the instructions, but my wife had a hard time differing between modes. A bit confusing. App- The app at first glance is great. You can select modes, see the battery, and power on/off directly from your phone, but once again, the problem comes when you try to activate the heating. If I turn on the heating, the fan will come on in addition, which is counterintuitive. Occasionally it will come on perfectly but typically it will be in error by mixing which modes to turn on. Hopefully this can be corrected with an upgrade. Battery- Great! No complaints. On heating, it lasts all morning with juice to spare. No complaints. Overall, this is a neat addition to your weather comfort arsenal. While I wish the heating had more coverage, it does help on those frosty winter mornings. The cooling and fan mode is great all around, and a much better solution than carrying around a neck fan and/or mister fan.

Working long physically demanding hours in a major automotive industry job can be unrewarding. This product comes in clutch to help assist on those days where relief from the climate is no where in sight. Cool or heat almost instantly without complications to help find your perfect temperature to keep you in the fight for the day. I’ve shown this product to many of my coworkers and assured them that theres no way they could go wrong with this product. I was fortunate enough to get mine on sale, but it is worth every penny even at full price. A definite must buy!!

Ok… So this was gonna be used more by me as I work out and can use some coolness while I’m err cooling down? That is not at all what ended up happening! My wife who is going through the “change of life” in her mid 40s has completely highjacked this cool Torras coolify! She loves it! She uses it all the time and besides messing around with it and seeing how easy it is to make it go from hot to cold and feeling how solid it is I have not had a lot of time with it. The time I have used it it was awesome. It did take a little time to feel the heat but all I can say it is a subdued heat nor something that will be too much which I appreciate and wonder if it’s by design. It is made very well very solid and also I love the pouch that it comes in that can be clipped on your bag or person and you can bring it to the gym or a trip etc etc. battery? Well you charge it using a usb-c and it’s pretty basic. Honestly I have not messed with the app or downloaded it as it works so well out of the box and the instructions are also easy and basic to understand. My wife likes this a lot and I have no choice but to also highly recommend it lol.

The cooling 2s delivers as advertised. Battery: 10/10. The longevity on a full charge is outstanding in my opinion. The recharge time from zero took just over two and a half hours. If you keep it on just a low fan mode (no cooling or heating) you will net the advertised 28 hours of battery. If you use maximum cooling and fan (#3 on the setting) you will get about 3 hours of battery and I experienced about the same in heat mode. All things considered, that’s pretty impressive times. The Coolify 2s is nicely quiet as well, even with the fan on the highest setting I didn’t find it to be terribly loud and I found that I could hold a normal conversation. With headphones in you barely hear the fan at all, if you have Noise Canceling, you wont hear anything. Very comfortable to wear. It’s light enough to endure for long periods and you could use it when walking or doing some lower impact cardio style workouts. It’s not discrete with its size, but it’s not overly huge either. Basically, people will know you’re wearing it.

great for indoor and confined spaces; if you're looking to use it as AC for outdoor in the sun/heat, don't expect too much, but it does enough to keep your temperature even keel.

I wear this while working at my desk when it gets hot. Like the breeze you get from turning on the vent on an overhead airplane vent, there is a nice breeze that keeps me cool. I'm looking forward to wearing this at a baseball game on a hot summer day.

I have the unfortunate problem of always running too hot. I just can not help it, and always am in need of an air conditioner, even in the winter sometimes! I also travel a lot, and all the running around from gate to gate and sitting in a hot airplane can be a miserable experience for me. The TORRAS Coolify 2s fits the bill for solving that problem. It comes with a slim and very protective travel case, just requires a type-c USB cable to charge and is very lightweight and comfortable to wear. I am pretty amazed at how cool the cooling pads get for being such a small form factor and not having any condensor liquid to cool it or refrigerant. The product works by cooling the pads on the neck and blowing that cold air up onto your face. I have used it on flights, during work in a data center and just walking around the hot and humid Hong Kong and it was a life saver. Was I completely cold? Absolutely not. But did it help cool me down to a more comfortable temperature? Absolutely. I will take anything that helps cool me down. This thing is quiet as well, but can definitely get louder if you put it in Turbo mode. The app is well designed and very easy to use and manage the device from. I have tried the heating mode once, and it is also quite impressive how warm the pads get, it almost is like a heating pad for your neck! If you are like me and run hot all the time and need something to cool down when traveling or working or just walking about a city, this is it.

Cools your neck with the ac feature while it attempts to keep your neck and face cool with the fan. Pretty good till it becomes 90+ degrees. The AC on the neck helps a bit when it does reach 90+ degrees. But the fan wont be noticeable unless you full blast it and you start killing the batteries on it. Heater part…Im not sure how it really helps. Ive tried the heating element at night and its not that great to me. Also, I dont think i ever felt my neck being cold. Hope they release one without the heating part for less.

I wish i had this unit when inwas going thru my hot flashes but this is such an awesome device I cant wait tonwear it while im walking in the hotter months

Absolutely amazing! Fans are adequate without being irritating, cold plates/surfaces are very welcome and feel like they keep your temp down, and the heat was amazing on cold days. Also helped when I need heat on my neck due to a migraine.

Ive been checking out this type of neck ac for a while and i think i might just take the plunge. If this reallh cools me down this company will have a customer for life! I do commercial/residential cleaning and sometimes you get overheated. Someplaces do nog have ac and i think this is an answer to my prayers.

I picked this up because I wanted to try it out, since Texas summers can be brutal. I liked the idea of a collar that I could wear while working in the yard, or at Scout camp with my kid. I was impressed with the design of the collar, but I was also a bit disappointed with it. From an industrial design perspective, the collar feels like it's built quite well. The center of the collar has a neoprene-feeling part that flexes to fit different sizes of necks and wasn't uncomfortable to wear while doing yard work. Although this is billed as A/C, Fan, and Heat, I could only get the collar to toggle between Fan and A/C... heat was never an option that I could see. Also, the collar appears to be heavily dependent on a mobile app. I downloaded the app, but quickly deleted it. I'm a product manager for mobile apps by trade and the UI / UX of the app felt messy and disjointed. The appearance of the app was so bad that I didn't go through the "Create Account" flow. That's also because I felt that the collar kept me comfortable enough with the preset temperature. Of course, Texas also had a cold snap when I got this unit to test, so I only had 1 real time to try it out, so I can't speak to the reliability of the unit.

Awesome! All the hot natured people unhinge your wallets, this device is worth its price! Has heater for outdoor cold weather functions and battery lasts a very decent amount of time, I’m impressed!

The spring on Coolify 2S (fan, cool & heat) can't be adjusted & clamps too tightly against the sides of my neck, whereas the Coolify (fan & cool) has an adjustable ratchet that fits much better.

Great product highly recommend it to a friend and will order again
