The Torrias Coolify cyber is straightforward and easy to use. There’s a power button on the unit that also functions as the fan speed adjuster with 3 levels, and another switch that controls whether fan only or heating and colling modes. There’s an accompanying “AI-Powered APP” that gives you a lot more options and you can also select different cooling/fan or heating zones. I found it comfortable to wear, and it was helpful keeping cool. It's like having a cold towel that lasts for a couple hours on high mode without getting wet. The unit has 6 upper and 2 lower air outlets to cool blow air up towards your head and down your back. The carrying case is solid and very convenient. The device has 20W fast charging and the stated charging rate is to 80% in 1.2 hours, plus you can use it while it’s plugged in. I used this walking, working at my desk and on a couple of bicycle rides with no issues. I've noticed a significant decrease in heat build up especially when at my desk and walking.

I use this for 10 days in Florida in June/July at the amusement parks. Works on high for hour and half. Keeps you very cool in normal hot days. In very hot days it’s keeps you from being miserable. I used INIU Portable Charger, Smallest 22.5W 10000mAh Power Bank to charge the air conditioner during the day. It took about an 1 and 1/2 hour to charge to 100%. I could also use the air conditioner while I charge it. Love the app, was very easy to use and no fees. I was very surprised how great this product worked.

Its not a "Wearable Air Conditioner". Its a neck fan with built-in cooling pads. It does not cool your whole entire body, it cools your neck. I knew that going into it. It does a decent job at cooling you (neck) down. If you use the "Heat" feature, I don't think it gets warm enough to use during winter. I had it for almost 2 weeks before returning it. The thing that got me returning it is the battery life. The advertise battery life for it on the highest setting with the cooling pads on is about 2 hours. I got about 1 hour on the highest cooling setting with the cooling pads on. I did manage to get about 2 hours 15 min. on the lowest setting with the cooling pads on. Here is the thing, could mine be defective when it comes to the battery? Yes. Would I buy it again? I would say yes. Charging time: It can be charge from 0 to 100 percent in less than 2 hours. I did tried using a battery bank as a external battery pack. Work just fine. Make sure it has an output of 20 watts or more. If you have a battery bank that is about 30k mAh, You will get about 6 hours of run time at the highest setting with cooling pads on. 12 hours on the lowest setting.

[Employee of bestbuy] It blows air at an ok rate, the device gets cool to the ac function works. The app works as well. But i have long hair and the back of it gets hot as an ac unit would but because of that it makes my hair hot so i get this icy hot result (if that makes sense) did not have it long enough to test it in other seasons other than the summer heat in texas I get heat exhaustion easy and this did help with that a bit due to the device being cold on my neck. But needed to keep a battery pack with me to make it last longer which for some neck fans isnt possible. Doesnt blow enough for outside heat but does better than most. Didnt use the app to control it as much as i thought i would and never didnt have it on full blast unless using it as a white noise machine so the extra features you pay extra for didnt get used rnough for me to justify keeping it.

I give this 4 stars even though i returned it. I work in a warehouse and unfortunately it didn't work in that high of heat but i think it would've worked in a normal situation. The cost even on sale was extremely high and there are way less expensive devices so i wouldn't recommend it for that reason but it was high quality made.

I'm always too warm even when people around me are not. This is refreshing and saves me panic. I like the coolness on my neck. The fan seems like a regular fan, but the cooling neck contact is really the best part. I like the miltiple speed oprions. I noticed the end/interior parts are cooling too, but that part doesn't make contact with my neck so it seems that part is wasted. Sometimes I put on a leg (while sitting) though and that's helpful. The fan makes some noise as any fan would, but it's reasonable.

I bought this just a little over a year ago. It worked great at first. It’s a bit heavy but it did its job of cooling. Every few months I would charge it just to make sure the battery wouldn’t go bad but I didn’t try to use it. Now the battery still holds a charge but it will not turn on. An E23 code keeps coming up. After googling the issue it must be a common problem because their website said to email them and they would contact me about how to fix it. It’s been over a week, I’ve emailed them several times and still no response. I even sent a picture of my receipt to prove I haven’t owned it very long. You’d think at this price point they would stand behind their product. Waste of almost $300!

Works really well. I don’t feel the need to turn on the air conditioning when I’m the only one in the house or upstairs. The only drawback is that I wish it had a longer battery life.

These are absolutely perfect for those hot Florida summers. Whether you're doing yard work or grilling or just going for a jog, these cool you down and make it more enjoyable.

Great device! Works as advertised to cool you down on the hottest days. Lightweight, easy to charge and simple to use either directly or through the app for your phone.

I wanted this to work. I wanted to feel the steep price was justified. I live where it is HOT, hot enough that I skip hiking during the day for much of the year. Simpler neck coolers, with fans only, are worth something but not enough to make those hikes bearable, so I tried this. First, let's establish that it DOES work, sort of. The cooling function really does cool. But the practical impact is minimal, not even noticeably better than a fan alone. Given that the device is heavier than simpler options, less comfortable than they, and far more expensive, it needed to be a noticeable improvement. Nope. The search continues.

Got it for my mom. She loves everything about it except the weight that it puts on her neck.

This works great at cooling you down. The only problem I have with it is it doesn’t stay charged long.

This Coolify definitely makes yard work easier and enables me to stay out in the heat longer which allows me to get more work done, so I can get to fun activities faster. After a quick charge, the Coolify is ready to make those outdoor fun activities even more enjoyable.

I got this for a family member who is having a really hard time with hot flashes. This is making her life so much better right now. She has no need for the heating function, but the cooling aspect offers real relief. Earned me major brownie points.

I was in the market for a fan or cooling device to take on my camping trip for this upcoming summer. I saw that Best Buy offered up exactly what I was looking for in this Torras Coolify Cyber neck air conditioner. Although the real-world, full test won't take place until June, I wanted to provide my initial feedback. I had purchased some cheap neck fans in the past but they are very ineffective and shoddy. This time I really wanted something that was both effective and built to last. As I mentioned earlier, I needed something to help me stay cool during camping setup when the heat is really on. Although I originally purchased it for that use, I am also a pretty active person and play a ton of pickle ball and ride my bike. The Coolify Cyber may come in extremely handy with those two activities as well. The Coolify Cyber model looks very futuristic and is made of a glossy black plastic, which may attract fingerprints but Im not really concerned about that. It comes with a sturdy carrying case which will keep it safe from scratching while in my pickle ball bag. It also comes with the USB C cable that is used to charge it up. The unit has a built in screen that shows what mode is active and there are only 2 small buttons on the unit that control its functions. They are not very prominent and hard to find while wearing the unit and Torras needs to address that in a future model. The Cyber fits onto my neck very comfortably and since the hinge points are silicone, they are flexible for a variety of neck sizes. The unit isn't too heavy so it's not an issue wearing it for a long period of time. The battery is stated to last up to 3 hours on full blast cooling mode and ~13 hours on low fan-only mode. Not too bad as my activities will never exceed any of those time frames. They are fast charging compatible so recharging shouldn't take too long. There are 8 total fan outlets that blow up and down the neck. There are 3 basic fan speeds but can be more finely adjusted via the Torras app. Yes, these can connect to your iPhone via bluetooth and the app allows easier access to the functions via screen sliders versus the tiny buttons on the unit itself. It allows you to adjust the way the air flows (either down neck, up front or both), the cooling, fan-only and heating functions, as well as the fan speed. It has an auto mode function and I have no idea how that works. The manual it came with was very incomplete and brief. There is also a timer setting in the app if thats something you need. The cooling plates wrap around the entire neck and are quite effective. I believe I read that they have graphene built into the material which probably helps make them cool or heat so well. Overall, the Coolify Cyber has been working nicely and it should, as it was expensive. I just wish the buttons on it were more prominent and the app was more feature rich. I do appreciate the case as it will make it easy to take with me on other adventures and Im totally looking forward to using them on my summer camping trip but will have to wait a few more months for that. I have no doubt they will make the trip far better than previous years.
