So far so good. I was on the fence for about a year and finally gave it. This is no ordinary neck fan. The cooling feature alone is worth it. Haven’t used it for more than an hour and a half so can’t talk about battery life but it only went down to 70% and I had it on high most of the time. Had to buy a second one for my spouse.

It worked every well especially when we had the hot days im recommend it to everyone at my job to get 1

I woke up with a stiff neck. I used the coolify to get my neck back in order. 15 minutes hot, then 15 minutes cold contrast and it worked. It does what it advertised to do, but that also help me and my neck.

The Coolify neck air conditioner is a must own for anyone with an intolerance to heat or simply working and spending time outside. I actually own two of these now and bought some as Christmas presents an absolutely a must own.

I wore it playing golf the other day and it was about 90 degrees on the course, I would like to say it kept me nice and cool even after I missed A 6 foot birdy LOL!! I have to wear A hat so my pony tail dose not get caught in the fans.

Ive suffered from heat stroke and these are the only way I can work on the roof for any amount of time during the summer heat. the cold bar goes all the way around with this model ynlike all other models Ive tried. These are the best out there to keep cool during the summer!

[Employee of bestbuy] First, it’s useless outdoors in Az during the summer. I did like for cooling down after I stepped back inside though. The two things that made me return it are, thats it’s a slightly snug fit for bigger dudes (cooling plates didn’t even make contact with my wife’s itty bitty neck, so she couldn’t use it), and then the area under the cooling plates in the arms would actually get uncomfortably hot after prolonged use. These cooling plates draw heat away and then a fan blows the heat out. Unfortunately it feels like this one blows the heat right down onto your neck. I did grab their cheaper model, and it only cools the back of the neck, but is a much better fit for big guys, and theres a seperate fan that activates to blow the heat straight back and off the neck, beside the fans that blow upward to cool you.

Works great. They actually get cold not just moving hot air around your neck..

It does the job, it keeps you cool and is great to have.

This neck fan is honestly one of the most impressive portable cooling devices I’ve used. Unlike regular fans, it actually provides a noticeable cooling effect, not just air circulation. The cooling feature works quickly and feels refreshing, especially in hot weather.

Very good product, it cools the back of the neck very well, but it needs to improve the air outlet that goes towards the face, the air does not come out cold in that direction

If youre buying this for out side arizona heat, it doesnt work too well. But inside is amazing

This neck fan works really well. Its surprising how effecient it is. I love how the app can increase/decrease/change modes so effectively. I really love this product.

This cools your neck really well while working outsude. Item was as described. I have no issues with this item. Great item and would recommend.

It is heavier than expected, but gives the feeling of good quality. Always nice to have both warm and cool modes where we can use in winter and summer. So far it works well, and battery lasts pretty long.

This item felt like i had an air conditioner on my face. I get very hot working wnd it keeps me cool during my work days in the summer.
