I liked the design and the idea but unfortunately it didnt do what it said it would. It would not cool and was actually hot to the touch even after confirming theough the app that it was on th me cool mode and not heat. The fans woould blow but if the air is hot and humid the fans onlh blow hot and humid.

Great device to keep you warm and cool. If you work outside or frequently go to sporting events or even have an active outdoor life, you’ll need something to help keep you cool on hot days or to warm you up on cold nights. The Coolify Cyber might be what you’re looking for. I work in a hot automotive shop in Texas we’re already in the high 80’s in the month of March. I’ve been wearing the cyber for about a week now and my days in the heat have been much more comfortable. Unlike other similar personal coolers, this one has three zones on the on the inside and top edge. The inside of the neck cooler has three areas that actually cool themselves like and actual air conditioner. There is a left and right area and one that is in the middle on the back. Having just this function on makes a world of difference in cooling you down. The other zones that can be activated are fans located on the top edges facing upward and one that blows down the center on your back. This helps with cooling you down by blowing cooled air across your sweat. Now on to the heated mode. This mode only heats the area inside that are in contact with your neck, so if you suffer from “tech neck” the heat is great at the end of a long day for releasing muscle tension. All functions are able to be controlled by the free downloadable app, these functions can also be accessed on the sides of the unit and controlled with buttons. The storage case is really nice and high quality. Now to the reasons I’m only giving it 4 stars. It is a little on the heavy side first time putting it on, the weight is noticeable. After you wear it for a few minutes it’s not noticeable. The fans are a bit on the loud side even on the lowest fan speed. Fortunately these can be turned of while keeping the internal zones on. The switch between hot and cold can only be switched on the unit and not in the app. Even with those minor issues I would still purchase and recommend the coolify cyber to anyone that asks.

I was looking for cooling. The device offers the back of the neck and the side of the neck to be cold by coils that cool the skin. However, the air that blows out of the unit is the air from the room you are in and it defeats the purpose if it’s warm air blowing against your face. I wish there was a way that they could change the mechanism to produce Cooler air. I tried it in the house and it worked OK. When I used it outside the additional weight and the suction of the warm air as it blew directly on my face created for the humidity and sweating. The box promises a cooling experience, but it is not as advertised. Some of the people in the reviews have given it five stars and indicated it works. They don’t suffer from Cranial facial hydrolysis. It is a terrible condition to live with during the summer months when your head slowly leaks like a shower faucet and nothing but a ceiling fan and an air conditioner cannot alleviate. This is a nice concept, but if they could go one step further and create a cooling device That cools the coils as it’s blowing the air out then I think it would be purposeful.

This works great if it's 80 and no humidity. When it's 90+ you can't feel it. It blows hot air around and the cooling doesn't work. It does feel high quality and really well built. The packaging was also very nice. The controls were easy to use as well. I used it in my car since I don't have AC and I was hoping this would help but it didn't. I returned it.

I've been using the Torras Coolify for the past week and here are my thoughts on the product. This product does what it advertises. It's a cooling system that you put around your neck and it works great. I live in a hot climate (it already hit 100 degrees in the second week of April) so having a portable cooling device that's not cumbersome is something that I'll get a lot of use out of. The interior of product cools in three different sections. The left, right and back of the neck. The cooling sections provide cold zones throughout the interior. So it's not just cooling from the fans, the inside gets cold. Very cold on high intensity settings. There are two flexible sections separating the three zones. This allows for maximum comfort without feeling tight around your neck. It also has fans in all three zones that provide airflow to those sides of your face. You can choose to only cool the back or only the sides via the app controls. Speaking of the app, this is a product that you need to download the app to maximize your usage. You can control the temperature intensity and zones that you would like the cooling. For example, the fan noise can be bothersome at high speeds. Let's say you don't want excess noise but still want the cooling effect. You can choose only the back of your neck for less fan noise or you can set the fans to lower speeds, which does decrease the cooling effect. I also like that you can set your favorite setting so it jumps to that immediately when you turn it on. As for the battery life, my testing has indicated about a two hour life span. Obviously the power that your choose to run the neck fan at is going to affect this. I typically ran 60% power. The cooling felt good to me and the fan noise wasn't too bad. As for the cooling, it really does a great job of cooling your head down. Anyone who has been in major heat knows that cooling your neck area alleviates a lot of the heat to your head and improves your total comfort. Sometimes the cooling zones got a little too cold and I had to decrease the intensity. If that is not a ringing endorsement for this product I don't know what is! If you're looking for a highly effective portable neck fan that does more than just providing breeze to your face, I'd highly recommend the Torras Coolify.

On high AC mode about 2 hours of battery life , for a line cook in the summer months it helps but ive had to buy multiple to interchange throughout the shift.

It works good with mildly hot weather but it doesn’t work that good with real hot weather such as above 85 F.

Years ago I tried another brand which looked similar to this, but it was only just a fan, blowing the air around your neck, and if it was hot out, and you were sweating, the evaporation did have a cooling effect, but the cooling wasn’t coming from the device. The Coolify cyber actually does blow cold air, just like an air conditioner. This 2025 model is supposed to be the best yet.. The Cyber has three modes. Cool, Heat, and Fan. (probably just like the HVAC system in your home.) You can save battery on hot days by just using the fan mode. As I said above the evaporation of your sweat will cool you, but when you set the unit to COOL is where it really shines. In less than 20 seconds you can feel the unit blowing cold air on you. I’m not sure how its technology works, but just trust me, it does. When you first put the unit on, if you’re not used to feeling weight around your neck, it feels kind of heavy, but not uncomfortable. The neck piece is flexible and just hugs your neck. You don’t feel as if it’s going to fall off. It has the obligatory app, which controls every feature, so you don’t have to feel around for the proper button on the unit. It linked up immediately and has been rock steady. On a cool day, the HEAT mode would be really great. You get an immediate warm feeling around your neck. The fan turns off, but It’s not really necessary in this mode. It’s amazing to me how versatile this thing is. You’ll love its case, it has such a premium feel and will keep the unit safe. The only negative I could find is the instructions are VERY minimal. What there is, is printed in “mouse type” on little folders so you’ll need to have your glasses handy. The good news is much of its operation is intuitive. Just make sure you download the app, and then experiment. You’ll figure it out quickly. If you’ve never tried a ‘personal air conditioner’ I think you’ll really like the Coolify Cyber. It’ll be a great companion when I’m mowing the lawn this summer.

This item was returned. Unfortunately I didn’t notice any comfort even indoors with temp of 69° to 72° there is a metal plate which gets slightly cool but the air coming out of the vents is just fan air not AC cool air. Also when this thing is running, the bottom part of it, which sits on sides of both shoulders gets warm like when your laptop runs a little warm. So that feels a little redundant as you will feel the warmth on the bottom sides of your neck. Also when switching to warm mode, the metal plate only slightly gets warm and no warm air comes out, in fact no air comes out whatsoever. I have this device to a few people to try and all said not bad for a neck fan! They thought it was about $40. I really don’t know how these positive reviews are getting posted. But if the company thinks I might have got a dodgy one then please send me a device that they have tested and if it works, I’ll be happy to purchase it.
