These are great for walks and bike rides in the heat!!

This compact neck fan excels on almost all fronts - It is in fact quiet, comfortable, lightweight and has a more streamlined design that I prefer in a market otherwise filled with very odd options. It’s going to be a life-saver this summer.
__ Airflow __
The best aspect of these is that the airflow feels so uniform, as if a ring of air is equally blown up your neck with a great cooling effect. No air is blown downward, but since air is pulled upward from ports near your body, it effectively cools your shoulders and upper back as well. There’s also a mode the deactivates the rear fans, but this undoes the uniform cooling effect a little. Leaving all four fans running is best for comfort. Since the fan rests on a soft silicone area at the rear, these two fans also help negate some of the body heat/potential battery dissipation that seems build up a little without them.
With so much airflow near your ears, I was curious how these would interact with active noise cancelling (ANC) headphones and earbuds. In my testing, it caused no issues. I'm happy to report that I can listen without distortion or buffeting.
__ Design & Comfort __
As mentioned above, these are much more cleanly designed than others being sold. They’re a little smaller - the right size, they’re quiet, light and really blast air (relatively quietly) on the highest setting. While they’re rated for only 2.5 hours of use on a single charge when on full blast, I can’t imagine ever needing such a high speed for that long, so battery life still seems fantastic. You’ll easily be able to get through the day on a reasonable setting, which can allow for up to 13 hours of use. Being able to fold them down makes them more handy for travel or trips. I’m not that worried about becoming uncomfortable with these on hot days, they seem perfect for my intended casual needs. If I ever need to boost their effect on the hottest of days, I’ll pair these with a moistened neck towel - effectively making a ‘portable AC’ of sorts.
I’m also encouraged by Torras’s levels of electrical safety claimed by these, though I’m less excited for their V0 fire-resistant rating. While I wasn’t able to confirm, this rating almost always means fire-retardants are used on for within the plastics are being used.
__ Summary __
These have a great design and feel. They’re a perfect size, lightweight and quiet. You’ll look normal wearing them - with a look that’s more like wearing headphones around your neck than some of the other more oddly designed products on the market. They collapse down a bit for travel and offer a great battery life. My only holdup is that they have a fire-resistance rating that suggests the use of fire-retardants in the plastics. Otherwise, they’re well built and feel good in the hand. I’m sure to be using them a lot this summer.
*** The Good Stuff ***
- Lightweight and quiet
- Great design, more modern and cleanly designed than most on the market.
- Comfortable, blows uniform air over your neck.
- Stays in place, feels secure
- Great battery life and power - 2.5 to 13 hours on a single charge, depending on speed/setting
- Don’t interfere with ANC in headphones
*** The Less Than Good Stuff ***
- V0 fire-resistant rating suggests the use of flame retardants in the plastics used.

I’ve always seen these around but I’ve never really truly had the urge to try one out until now. As someone that has used cooling towels frequently in the past this seems like the next best or better thing and I can confidently say, it actually is.
I was extremely surprised at the amount of air this thing can blow and how it does so to effectively cool you down. When you max it out it’s like sitting in front of a big box fan except obviously on your neck lol. No need to even use the highest setting (LOUD) as it works regardless very well.
From unboxing the materials used don’t feel cheap. It includes a usb c to c cord for charging and is ready to rock right out of the box. This has a very slim folding design that I would associate akin to high end headphones with the same style folding making storage simple.
The battery life I haven’t had any issue with and it is rated for over 8 hours with a 4000 mAh battery so I would expect good run times to come for years.
The one thing to watch out for is men with long beards be sure to put this on in a way that is appropriate in holding your beard down as the first time I used it I accidentally had some hair in the fan. Though it didn’t pull it I could hear the sound and feel it hitting inside the device.
Also on the topic of fitment I’m a big guy we’re talking 7ft 300 so I was also worried this would be too small but it fit fine for me. I also tried this on my wife and kids and everyone seemed very happy with fitment so this should not pose an issue if you have a big neck or small.
As much as I never thought I would ever want or even need one of these I can confidently say after using this it will now be a staple to my workouts and even my cooking sessions I also can’t wait to wear it washing the car and cutting the lawn. The fact Torras make even stronger more powerful versions of these is crazy.

Talk about a literally cool invention. The Torras Coolite Foldable neck fan is pretty neat. It’s exactly what it sounds like. It folds up nicely so it’s fairly compact and charges quickly. I’m looking forward to having this on those hot and humid days. You unfold it and place it around your neck, open side in the front. The right side is where your controls are. The power button also functions as your speed or control. The upper button controls how many of the four different fans you have going at once. The sensation of the lower fans on the back of the neck feels great. I can see where this will really come in handy, like if you were at a baseball game or something outside where you just need some breeze. The fans speed can go pretty fast, kicking up a good amount of cooling power, but keep in mind that the faster the speed the louder it sounds. That’s probably the only drawback. On the lower speeds though, the sound doesn’t feel like an issue. If I was so hot I wanted them on full blast I’m sure I’d feel like the motor sound was worth it. It comes with a charging cable but not an adapter, which seems like the norm these days. Battery life seems good, so far, having had it going for over an hour. The only thing it’s missing is a little carry case or cinch sack. Other than that, it’s terrific and I’m excited to use it.

The Torras Coolite Foldable Neck Fan is surprisingly a 5 star product. I have seen these neck fans in ads and always thought they were gimmicky. This fan proves me wrong. The foldable design makes transport easy. The build quality is excellent. The feel is solid, not cheap. Once you unfold it you will notice a rubber banding at the top that makes it flexible and more comfortable to wear. It fit my large neck well and is very comfortable. It is extremely light which will help immensely if you use it for several hours. It is powered by a rechargeable battery by way of a usb charging cable. The controls are located on the 'leg' of the fan. It is easily reachable when on your neck allowing for one to operate the controls easily, without having to remove the fan from your neck. The fans operate in an upward motion pushing cool air up to your upper neck and face. The fans disperse air through six different vents. There are 4 fans that operate in three different power speeds. You can adjust the fan so that it operates only two fans instead of the four. There is a low battety warning light so that you know it is time to charge it. Red light on when battery is at 30% and then blinking red light at 10%. I like it very much. I am looking forward to more regular use as the weather heats up and Summer arrives.

The Fan You Didn't Know You Needed

--- SETUP ---
The TORRAS COOLiTE Portable Foldable Neck Fan is easy to use, portable, and light to wear. It is a single unit out of the box and requires some charge before use.
--- FEATURES ---
Cool air, 6 airflow outlets, 8 hours of use, rechargeable battery, 3 speed choices, flexible for portability, and lightweight
--- PERFORMANCE AND EXPECTATIONS ---
This neck fan is a great choice for people who like carrying portable fans but don’t want to hold it. The fan is lightweight, which is great for wearing long periods of time. In my day job, I have to spend 1 hour a day outside guiding traffic at a school. During the warmer months, it gets hot and uncomfortable for me, but this fan has provided some much needed relief. The sound of the fan isn’t so loud that you cannot hear people having a conversation with you. From the three settings, the highest setting is perfect for the outdoors, but I also find that the lowest setting is good for indoor use. While indoors, I turn on the fan while I do chores such as folding clothes, cleaning the apartment, or taking out the trash.
--- APPROVAL ---
This portable neck fan is the type of product that you didn’t know you needed until you use it. I recommend people give it a try. You’ll be amazed at the uses you come up with for it.

A Decent Neck Fan

I work outside a good bit in Oklahoma and sometimes it can get pretty toasty. Thats why I decided to try out the Torras Portable neck fan. Overall its a decent product but it does have its short comings.
The build quality of this thing is pretty solid. Its got nice solid action on the hinges for folding it. There is no play in my hinges and it stays in the position it is set in. The plastic feels nice and durable as well.
The functionality of the neck fan is pretty good. It is just a fan so don't expect miracles, but it does make you feel a good bit cooler, even out in the sun.
It has multiple fan speed levels that allow you to turn it up as needed, with the final setting being off (there is no up or down, just a single button to go all the way through) and then it has a pause button. The pause button is handy because it does produce a good bit of noise, especially on the highest setting so conversations can get hard to hear.
The drawbacks I have for this are simple oversights I believe. First, the hard plastic gets uncomfortable after a while, especially if you're sweating. Gel I think would have been more appropriate. The dark color also makes it less effective while you're standing in the sun. Its going to absorb more light and warm up. And finally, there is no way that I have found to check the battery level. The battery seems to last a long time, I haven't had it run out yet, but I never know how much I have.
Overall a decent product. The air it moves up your neck and behind your ears does make you feel a good bit cooler when its hot, but there are some areas where it could be improved.

This Torras Coolite portable folding neck fan is a very powerful neck fan indeed. It's not too heavy, it's not too cumbersome and packs a punch when it comes to cooling.
I've used some cheap neck fans in the past, and they have done the job, but they are nothing like this! The fans all around the neck band really do give a strong cooling blast that ends up leaving you with a chilly neck after a little while, it's that good! There are two fans near your chin that blow nice cold air. There are two fans near the back/sides of your neck which are independently switchable on the neck band. And there are vents that push air down your back and up on to your head at the very back of the neckband.
There is a rubberized grip on the back to stop the neck fan from moving around, and the center of it is all rubber to give flexibility when putting the fan around your neck. The neck fan also has 3 speeds. So you've got two sets of two fans, independently controllable, and 3 speeds to the fans as well.
The cooling power is great, if really works well. I feel that this is aimed at being a more premium product, and to that end, I did notice that there are some unfinished feeling and sharp edges to the neck fan, especially where the plastic meets the rubber, and then along the very edge of the neck fan. If there was a little more attention to detail on that finish, then this would have been a 5 star review all the way. The functionality is superb, it really does cool you down, but the finish is letting down that premium feel.
Something to note, as with any fan product, this does make a noise, and with it being so close to your ears, it is somewhat loud. Especially if you dial it up to the max speed, it is really quite loud and difficult to hold a conversation while wearing. The fan is rechargeable and comes with a USB-C charging cord included in the box.
The neck fan is foldable, but doesn't come with a storage bag or anything like that. And when it does fold, it is still quite rigid, so it doesn't fold down completely flat against itself. You may want to keep the original packaging box to store it in as well to protect it.
Outside of that, this is a cooling neck fan that works really, really well! I will definitely be using this during the summer in Texas when out mowing the yard or going for walks in the afternoon!

I didn’t realize that I needed the Coolite neck fan until I received it. There are so many times, whether I’m cutting the lawn, working out, riding my bike or any number of activities that this little wonder has helped to make it more enjoyable by keeping me comfortable.
With four fans that provide cooling to your neck area to disperse the heat, it makes a real difference in keeping you cool. There is one rocker control that has an up and down switch for the fan speed and the power too. There are four fan speeds that go from a low slow flow of air to a near jet stream of air and in between. Charging is through a USB-C plug.
As for comfort while wearing the Coolite. It is shaped in a horseshoe and made of hard plastic, with soft flexible rubber material at the center of the horseshoe shape. There are two flexible arms as well. This flexibility allows you to spread the Coolite open a bit to put around your neck. Once around your neck you can close the flexible arms for a better fit while using.
I have been using the Coolite while cutting the lawn, on long walks and biking and it works great. I have been getting about eight days of activities on the battery which is very good. Sometimes you don’t realize what you need until you get it and the Coolite is one of those products for sure. I would highly recommend the Coolite to those who are active and want an effective cooling option!

Such a simple yet effective design. The Coolite fan has a trifold design so it closes up fairly compact for storage or travel. Control buttons are located on the outside of the right side of the fan, with good tactile responses. Power on, and then up and down buttons to increase or decrease the fan strength. There are vents facing up and down along the edges, as well as a small vent pointing down the back of the unit. One tip is to remember to fold the right arm in first, as this will allow the left arm to close over the right arm, protecting the power button from accidentally being pressed while in your bag. One design change I would like is for the rear back vent to be a little bigger to blow air down the back of your shirt. However, the arm vents are fairly strong and made sitting out in the direct sun watching my kids soccer practices, much more bearable in the heat.
No frills, just a very simple and effective compact neck fan that works well. Battery life easily lasted several hours of soccer practice and games before having to charge. Charging is easy with a nice USB C input.

The Torras COOLiTE personal fan is so helpful as we head into the summer months. It keeps my neck cool on the warm days to help me from overheating!!
It is light weight and doesn’t bother my neck to wear throughout my outside work days. I enjoy the fact that the fan has variable speeds to keep me cool without blowing air on my co-workers who sit or stand quite closely to me.
The higher speeds can get a little loud, so I keep it on one of the lower settings to minimize the wind noise in my ears.
The Torras COOLiTE personal fan comes with a USB-c to USB-c cable for charging, no wall unit is included for charging, but most people have a wall unit from a phone you can use. I do wish it had a carrying case for storage when not in use to help keep dust or dirt off of the fan.
The Torras COOLiTE personal fan is going to be so great for keeping me cool this summer when I work outside at work or home in the yard. Anyone who attends outdoor events this summer could benefit by having this handy portable personal fan!!

Love the 3 settings and the extra vent behind the neck. Works great for sitting outside for hot soccer games. Only con is it's circumference around the neck is not for fat necks! My hubby tried it out and felt a bit claustrophobic but perfect for me where it doesnt slide around.

I bought this for my wife before a July trip to New Orleans (hot + humid). She was the envy of our conference, with multiple people coming up trying to get secondhand coolness. We have found the unit to be durable and travels well. It cools nicely and does what we wanted to do. It’s a little loud at the highest setting, which is to be expected. We’re fans of this fan!
