    Coming from a 500 gig hybrid drive, I was happy with the extra space. Unfortunately the boot time for Ubuntu Mate 15.04 on my Dell D630 went from 18 seconds up to about 45. Once it was going, the performance lagged. So it stopped being a boot drive and ended up in a caddy as a storage drive with a SSD as primary.

    5400rpm 3gb/s is a little out dated but for 50$ can't complain to much.
