    blew our tv up, had to get a new one. Sales people were terrible as no one assisted us and when we asked a question staff was very rude. 1st TV we bought, there was a internal problem so we returned and bought another one, which is fine. Luckily the 2nd day, different staff who was very very helpful.

    Drove my husband crazy trying to select the channels he wanted to watch as the remote did not have buttons to push to get channels. Bought a Toshiba universal remote but that was only slightly better. Had problems with our internet provider so was not able to connect with Alexa which may have made things a little better. During the channel scan for set up, did not pick up channels our Samsung was able to receive, including one of the husband's favorite ones. Returned it in a week for a Best Buy store credit. So disappointing.
