Good TV for the price

For a couple of days following pairing remote and setting up the Echo, I could ask Echo to turn on/off the Fire TV. Suddenly that command stopped working even though the command to Echo still responded to volume change requests.

All inputs stopped working after 6 months.

Warranty repair was a nightmare from Best Buy. Because it’s a model made specifically to Best Buy, and under 32”s , they said they would take it and ship it for repair. It took 2 weeks to reach the repair facility. It was shipped with power cord and remote. 1 week later they said it was fixed and sent back. Went to pick it up and there was no power cord or remote. They looked in second hand parts box for them, but couldn’t find anything. When I looked at the tv, it had deep scratches on the screen, and they said there was nothing they can do about cosmetics. After having to get the store manager, they decided to just replace the tv, so I had to wait until a replacement shipped, as there were none in the store. Then they informed me that there was no new warranty with it. Very bad customer service.
