Worked great for 2 years out of a 5 year warranty

Had to reselect the inputs from the main screen or reset the the tv to get it working again. Thank goodness I had a protection plan in effect for this sort of thing.

Do Not Purchase!

I started having issues within about 8-9 months. Called to get assistance multiple times. No one could help me. Finally the TV started clicking away from the menu constantly. Even when I would try to open an app, it would take me back to the menu, over and over again. Sometimes when I’m in the middle of watching something, it’ll just stop the video and go back to the menu. I can’t stand it. Drives me crazy. I reset it, unplugged it for days. Nothing works. Called again to get assistance. Now that I’m over the 1 year warranty, they say there’s nothing they can do. Worst purchase and waste of my money. Don’t purchase this television.

First smart TV

I had to scan for channels several times before it picked up the local channels. The one thing I don't like is the way it lists channels. They're listed alphabetically i instead of by number!

Don't buy open box!!!

It also came with the wrong size screws to mount to the wall (were not long enough). After I found the $39 remote online, the cost to me was about $15 more than what I would have bought a brand new unopened version. And I had to make a trip to Home Depot for the screws.
