Decent for a secondary TV
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought TV for the kitchen. OK picture for the price. Wouldn’t use it as a main TV but for a kitchen or guest room it is acceptable.

Low quality TV and Not Sure about fire TV...
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this TV because I had thought that Toshiba TVs were high quality, but I did not realize that HiSense had bought Toshiba's TV business a couple of years ago. Had I known, I would not have bought it. I also did a little research on the Fire TV OS this TV uses, and though I have not turned it on, I've read that the FireTV OS has ads and a lot of "noise" in the menus. I like Amazon firesticks, but not really what I want in a TV...

It’s an ok tv
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Pretty good for the kids room. The legs aren’t the best design. You have to make sure your tv stand is wide enough. Slightly overpriced as most things from bb are.

Defective set. Kept turning itself on and off all
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This tv kept turning itself on and off all day and night, we returned it and was then sold another that was in an open box bc it was the only one left. That second one when turned on says it cannot be connected bc it is disarmed. I now will have to return that one on Tues when I can get back to Best Buy. I will not get another, I will now get a different brand and not a smart tv. This is such a waste of my time waiting on line to make the return and now do it again. The sales associate promised me the 2nd tv was checked and nothing was wrong with it except the box had been opened. Very upset with this whole transaction.

Want to waste money? Buy these TV’s then.
||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If you want a reliable television that’s a complete pleasure to have, buy a different television. I have two of these TV’s and they shutoff when they feel like it, stop streaming, restart, pause, etc… basically anything to make my tv experience as frustrating as possible. If you want to fix it, it’s super fun. You call Amazon who tells you to call Toshiba who tells you to call Amazon who tells you to call Toshiba… then they have you do a factory reset which works for a couple months and then you get to do it again. Here’s the best part, each time you do a factory reset, you get to download all your apps again, log back into all of them again, set it back up from scratch like a brand new tv every couple months. Absolutely the worst television I’ve ever owned. I have a 15 year old Vizio and the thing works a trillion times better than these garbage Amazon Toshiba TV’s.

||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great TV and would be a five star review but the TV does not remember my wifi password and it constantly has to reentered in order for the TV to be capable of anything.

Great TV for Converted Office!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The old Toshiba TV I owned for the office (a converted bedroom) gave up the ghost and I found this buy on-line. When it arrived I tried to wall mount it but found the machine screws which had been sent were too short so I had to pick some up. I found it easy to handle while hanging, particularly since it only weighs 11 pounds! The television is perfect for the small room . . . has a very good picture and decent sound. As to the 'smart' features, it took a bit of time to 'connect' to the internet & set up Netflix and the Amazon 'Alexa' app . . . mainly due to having to input user name/password for each. Since we bought a new 'smart' home with Alexa it is nice to be able to 'talk' to the app to do certain things which affect the television. I won't be using the majority of the 'smart' items which are featured, but Nettflix & 'Alexa' are easy to navigate to and work with . . . both by voice (through Alexa) and the remote control.

Not a fan
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased for my Mother, her main complaints. The TV home screen is confusing, it doesn't start up at the last channel. If you don't have cable it's quite annoying.

Good for quick replacements
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Our tv went out and we just wanted to quickly replace it with something. This works fine not as seamless as other brands but a good tv for the price

REQUIRES AMAZON sign on to work with Alexa
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This TV was for a sight impaired person in a convalescent hospital. I was not able to connect to WiFi to get a signal (like to watch netflix) without signing onto Amazon (with an existing account) and using the fire TV controls. For some reason I was unable to sign onto Amazon and had to leave the TV incompletely setup - then the COVID-19 restrictions hit and I was not able to go back and complete the setup. 1 month later it is still not setup.

Great Start Bad Finish
||Posted . Owned for 7 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. When I bought TV worked great. Used in bedroom with little play time. Great sound and picture. Now it is beginning to fail. The bottom of the screen has a yellow line going across it and a shadow picture. Tried power down unit but still wont clear up. Will need to replace. A waste of money 7 months of minimum use and need to replace. What a shame. Wont recommend.

Fine at first but Audio problems
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So after a couple of months, the audio keeps messing up and getting out of sync. Very disappointed but other than that, not terrible and works great with Alexa

Get what pay for
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Cost $99 when we bought it. Disconnects from internet randomly. Have to unplug for a minute and replug in order to get any wireless connection.

I hate this TV. Buy anything else instead!
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It loses network connection all the time. When other devices in the same room have a fine connection to the same network. And the worst it that when it loses connection it forgets the whole freaking network...actually correction it IGNORES the network...forgetting what a PITA is is to have to go find your network for the 40th time and re-enter the password. It won't even list my network in the available networks...only my neighbors...until I unplug and replug the TV. THEN it is kind enough to show my network and allow me to enter my password for the 50th time. I hate this TV more than an ex-spouse. It steals my life minutes that I can never get back. I'm going to donate it ...as soon as I find someone I hate that much to curse with it.

Not worth for the price
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Only 720p. I finally returned it and upgraded a 1080p smart TV with another good brand for $30 more. Not recommended.

||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Its okay for a 720p. Grainy as hell, mostly because I have it sitting next to a 4k as a monitor
