Purchased this TV for a family member's house warming gift. Didn't know that the remote didn't have the numerical pad; just arrows. This made it very time comsuming with set up and overall viewing cause he is use to going straight to a channel instead of scrolling through every thing. Had to purchase a univesal remote. Otherwise the quality of the model is good. Still a good buy.

Was given this as a Christmas present. Great TV! It replaced an older Toshiba with a smaller screen, which was not a smart TV. Love being able to press the Prime Video or Netflix buttons and jump straight to the menu of shows available on both those networks. The picture is nice and sharp. No complaints.

This is a great TV. Picture quality is excellent. Smart TV function is great. If you have other Amazon smart devices this TV is a must. The only complaint would be the adaptation of new Remote- no channel seek bottom. Can be confusing but voice search compensation is great. Wave of the future!

Excellent television for the price. Great picture and sound. Clarity of picture is excellent, as well the ease of operation in selecting what to watch. The fire tv edition choice was the right choice for us to make and are very pleased with the selection. Would purchase again in the future.

We purchased this TV for my Daughters room. Its a perfect size and the picture quality is great. We didn't need any thing top of the line for her. The TV is only running Apps and not a TV provider. Being a smart TV it made it perfect since we didn't need to purchase an extra unit to stream APPS. The ease of use is perfect and easy enough for my 7 year old to navigate the apps and interface.

We bought this for our bedroom, and it works perfect for that. Simple features, but still a smart tv. The remote is super nice because of its simplicity. So far we havent had any issues other than a couple times it froze on netflix in which case we turned it off and on again and it hasnt dont it since.

This Smart TV is very user-friendly. I only had to attach the little feet, connect my devices (cable & PS4), plug it in & it was ready to go. It’s very easy to download & navigate the available Apps. The picture quality is great too. It’s the perfect size for my bedroom.

This is my 2Nd Toshiba smart TV purchase and I couldn’t be happier. Caught a great sale too. Easy to set-up, light weight, beginners video to lead you through set-up. Nice picture and sound. Best Buy keeps you well informed when ordering online and shipping home.

I bought a bigger one for my living room several months ago. Haven't had an issue with it and has a great picture, along with the preloaded apps. So when it came time to update my bedroom TV, I stuck with Toshiba. Not the 1040p, but still a good picture and a good price.

This TV is great! We purchased for our guest bedroom and it's perfect. Great picture, price and size. I did curbside pick up and like always Best Buy was on time, loaded it my car and was very careful securing the TV and protecting my car. I always trust Best Buy!

Well let me get to why I bought this tv. Bought it because it has bluetooth. It dosent say it and even on best buys web site it says it dosent. But the tv dose have it. Have like 4 bluetooth connectors for TVs and they all suck, always dropping in and out. This tv all you have to do is go into the amazon menu, go to devices, bluetooth and you can connect your bluetooth item from there. Hooked up a pair of bose bluetooth headphones to it. My wife is hard of hearing and with the headphones I do t have to go def in the room. Connects as soon as she turns her headphones on and disconnects as soon as she turns them off. The other thing about this tv we love is the sound. It has onkyo speakers in it. This has to be one of the first more modern tvs I've bought in a long time that dont sound like total crap. The sound is very nice and even has nice low tones. Fills the room nice and gets loud fast. Only thing I wish was it was 1080p

An economical, quality tv. good picture with great sound. The display settings provide the options relative to the home screen...It's great to be able to set the TV to turn on at the last channel watched. Easy to set up. We will purchase another when we upgrade the guest room.

Bought this for a bedroom tv. Now that we no longer have cable, it’s just so much easier to have a fire tv with all the apps loaded, than having multiple devices and multiple remotes everywhere. It’s clear and crisp and a great size for the room.

Ordered this TV online w/free delivery, next day no less. Easy to set up and connected to my wi-fi. Linked to my Netflix and Sling and Amazon accounts. Streaming works great and unit will be used as a Switch gaming monitor. Not Ultra 4K or even 1080P but for the 32" size the picture is more than good enough. Happy with purchase.

Purchased this TV to replace a 10yr old Toshiba 32" LCD that had a older Fire TV stick and OTA antenna attached. Installation was simple and easy to get going. Roughly 10-15 minutes once I was comfortable with the working setup. Attached the stand mounts via screwdriver, connected power, added batteries to the remote, powered up, connected to home network via 5GHz WiFi by inputting pword, then a firmware download and install within the install sequence, a restart, logged in with my Prime account to add the device, asked if non-streaming TV was desired, selected local OTA signal, chose antenna attached, then TV scanned for frequency channels and created another viewing option within the Amazon Fire TV homescreen. Install complete! Checked on apps installed and content available. Prime content worked as expected, apps installed via Amazon account were already included while others previously removed needed to be downloaded again. Added passwords and checked login for each app as needed. Things worked out well and now had functional TV for just over a month. Overall a great product! I'd love to have been able to get a 1080p version but at this screen size and price point probably not worth it right now.

It has a great picture quality. My child uses it to play her Wii U games and its a decent size. We are very happy with the price! It also comes with apps that you can download. So instead of needing to buy a roku, she can watch youtube and netflix right from her tv.

As my first smart TV, I can't say I like the smartphone-like navigating required (namely the scrolling through to find apps and channels). The lack of numbers on the remote is less straight forward. Other not preferred features: - live TV Channel Guide lists alphabetically instead of numerically - sponsored banners on menu screen (mostly for Prime content/video) - seemingly slightly overexposed (white) picture Best feature: - able to pause live TV (you can also rewind to where you first started watching - Say you start watching 15 minutes after a show begins. You can go back only to that 15 minute mark, not to the beginning of the program. This resets if you change the channel.) For the first week, it incorrectly listed 2 ABC channels. One was altogether another channel that it labeled ABC as well. Luckily that's no longer happening. Note this is a Best Buy TV; the manufacture label on the back says Best Buy. Toshiba is licensing its name for TVs in the U.S. and Canada.

Smart TV is the way to go these days. Wanted something for the kids room that I didn't need to worry too much if broken. It appears that kids these days don't watch much "regular" TV these days so the apps come in handy. The addition of the echo a plus!!

Clear picture with ability to rewind. Already has netflex, hulu, etc. LOVE TV but do NOT waste your time on free Sling preview. We received 1 month with TV and 2 weeks with antenna purchased at same time and must have only gotten the 2 weeks free. Not worth the $50 plus they charge.
