Sounded great in the store and had great reviews, but I never could get Alexa to work which was one of the key reasons for purchasing this model. Cable tech set it up to work with just the cable remote, but now I am back to using two remotes and going through a cumbersome routine just to watch cable TV. If all you wish from your hdtv is.watching cable TV, this is not for you. I was assured that it would work like my Amazon Echo Dots with Alexa voice commands. It just so complicated with features I will never use. The picture and sound quality are great. The remote is very simplistic with intuitive screen commands/options, but yet I just cannot figure out the basics on it. And of course no paper user manual is included. Ease of use score: zero.

This 32" television is really nice. I like the option of using stereo sound for this smaller screen size. Cable is installed and works. Directions for installation are basic. I will probably ask the Geek Squad to assist with a few adjustments that are not as easy to accomplish as I'd like. For the price, it's a good deal!

I bought as a personal Christmas present for myself. It has been very easy to use and access smart tv channels and apps. Works great in my bedroom. Would recommend it because it has an really nice color and picture.

I bought this TV for my son as a Christmas present. It works great and it was the perfect size for his room. The colors are amazing and the hookup was easy. This is a perfect TV for a smaller room. Now he can watch all the YouTube and Netflix he wants.

I like to have something in the background in the garage when i am working on something. This was perfect because it’s not too big, not to small, just loud enough. The Fire capability is great too cause I already have the services and the apps is what I use anyway.

It comes with so many apps, plus I am able to use my Alexa device with it so I can be lazy and turn on and off the tv and find a show with just my voice. There are also tv stations programmed already. The size is just perfect for my room.

We got this TV for my son’s room. I love that it’s easy to navigate and that FireTV was already installed. We downloaded our most used apps & he’s good to go. I especially like how easy it is to set the sleep timer for a movie before bedtime.

This tv was easy to set up and operate. We don’t use cable, so the built in fire tv is an excellent option for us. Connected to the internet and started watching what we wanted at no additional cost. Toshiba is a quality product.

Bought this for my 10 year old as a surprise gift and she totally flipped out. She actually cleaned her entire room just to have it installed and has kept it clean. Great picture and features. Works just like the firestick all built in.

Simple and perfect size for my parents, the interface is easy to use. Received a defective unit, but there Best Buy helped and replaced the unit for a good one. It looks good, helped them to set it up and now they are very happy

The TV works well good picture and color. The apps all work well and everything connects as it should. The remote controls is the same as the fire stick. I often use the numbers to punch in what channel I want to watch where this controller has no numbers to do that. But that's the only draw back I see so far.

I purchased primarily to use as a monitor for laptop. Very pleased with unit. I also am impressed with picture quality when I watch television programs. Easy to use with Alexa voice remote.

We bought this TV for our guest room. It is a 32 inch TV and has apps already loaded. With the apps you can open up Netflex, Hulu, etc. Our guests can enjoy watching what they want and it is easy to use.

I purchased for my home office. Perfect size and price for what I was looking for. Easy to set up and use. I have Hulu and Prime and it works great for everything that I want to watch, even local programming. I use an analog antenna also.

Wow....... so lightweight and easy to set up. I like that all I have to do is press a button to get the TV I can receive with my antenna. Then, just press a button and go right to Amazon, or Hulu. It's pretty much seamless.

I love this tv. Perfect size for a bedroom TV. Clear picture, pretty easy to navigate, enjoy having Alexa on the remote. Two things I wish it had... Being able to mirror my phone, it won't allow this feature. Also I wish there where a few more button on the remote. Other than that its a great tv.

The TV was easy to assemble and put together. The picture is great for 720p. I have it hooked up to a wireless cable box. The only complaint I have is it doesn't remember I was watching the wireless cable box. I always have to select HDMI 1.

I needed something simple but useful in the era of 2020. It does just that. The picture is good, it's not too big, and the set up was simple. I do have an issue with not being able to turn off the sleep timer. It's a function that is not left to the consumer, so I guess I'll have to deal.

I bought this television for my dining area. It fits perfect and I haven't had any problems using it. Great picture and user friendly. Great buy for the price. I got it on sale for $89. And I also had a $5 reward. A win-win.

Great Picture and Sound. Very easy to set up. Great link in the non-cable or non-satellite process. Very pleased with the product and its importance in "cutting the cord"!! Added Fire TV Recast to complete the freedom from cable/dish!
