brought a tv at best buy how it would last a long time

Tv is cheap but does not last long, only few years

ONE MONTH USING A 32" TOSHIBA AS A DESKTOP MONITOR.

This has to be the worst TV I’ve ever bought. Plugged it in, hooked it up to a working Roku. Turned power on and only a blank screen. Hit menu, nothing. Pressed input, nothing. Held down the power/input button to do a hard reset, nothing happened. Unplugged the TV for 10 minutes, plugged it back in still only a blank black/dark bluish screen when turned on. Wasted an hour or so of my life troubleshooting a ‘BRAND NEW’ TV. The price was too good to be true. I wish I never chose this product to begin with, would have saved me the anguish and frustration. This is truly JUNK! Don’t waste your time here. Returning this garbage.

Wish that I had bought 2 of them, 1 this size, and 1 in a larger size. Everything about this television from set up, to the picture clarity is great!

I got this open box. The remote didn't function sometimes and the tv died right after the warranty expired. Only item from best buy I've had a problem with.

I ordered the open box version of this product ...when I received it ...it was missing the stand.

The sound quality is terrible. I attempted to exchange but I was told it was to late. So I'm stuck and also I'm hard of hearing.

Not EASY to set up and options are not accurate. Picture is poor quality; esp slight side vision.wont buy make again!

The skin tones are pale and I cannot adjust to a sharp picture. I am disappointed

OK, TV, with fair picture. No WI-FI and changing channels is slow. A little cheaper than anticipated. Very basic.

I had this TV for less than 1 year and it doesn’t work any longer. When the cable guy came he pointed out that the back of the TV said recycled. I didn’t purchase as refurbished or “as is” so that should not have been there. Going forward I will be sure to check the back of all TV’s as soon as I take them out the box.

could use another hdmi input, inputs of varying types, and something that resembles an audio out

bought the tv to use as a computer monitor. the resolution wasn't good enough. difficult to read.

This TV is low quality an not worth the price. Samsung an vizio has better qual5dor equal price

Great deal on open box TV but it just didnt work. Powered on off but that was it. I only needed it to be my lap-top monitor. Had to return it. I got rhe impression whomever tested it for re-sale just made sure it powered up but didnt check anything else. Was no problem returning. Just an inconvenience. Still great store.

When I bought this TV there were no reviews yet, so I'm here to give my opinion for you! I LOVE it! This TV has a great picture and sound. Its light as a feather too. We bought it as a second TV for our bedroom. We also bought a Mohu Leaf Metro antenna to see what channels we could get so we didnt have to buy another cable box. We got alot of channels and most have a super clear sharp picture. Some do have some pixels, but that has nothing to do with the TV. It is wall mountable also. For the price you can stop shopping and buy this one. You will not be disappointed. Its great.

TV's OK, the size is smaller than it appears. The video quality is OK.
