Not what expected.

The box was packed in a unnecessary too big box for the the tv size. In overall customer experience in store were items was picked was not the best. Customer service need improvement.

Could be better in regards to app access

I thought I would not need my roku box, but I still need to keep it in order to connected to YouTube tv.
