    Decent product. The only thing I don't like is that it can't be turned off. It simply goes to sleep.

    I could get the smart tv stuff to work for me. Maybe I am used to my Samsung Tv. So I sent it back.

    My kids’ tv broke right before Christmas so picked this one up to replace it and have had nothing but problems with it. It works when it wants to. I spend more time trouble shooting it than they do watching it. Remote will stop working for a few hours and then start again. It’s a bizarre little thing.

    The room Tv look very small but we managed but brought another tv bigger somewhere else and loves it

    This TV is decent and a good TV for my kitchen, however it can be a little slow connecting to WiFI

    I purchased an out-of-box TV. It came with no remote, and none showed up when I did a search at Best Buy. I bought a generic one through Amazon which took almost a week to arrive. When I got it, I attempted to connect the TV to my WiFi unsuccessfully and resorted to a factory reset. This resulted in the remote not working. I ordered the true replacement and after almost a week, I was able to try it and the TV would not connect. After many fruitless attempts to reach Best Buy, when I would be told that the hold time was under three minutes but was actually over half an hour and I would have to hang up, I got through and after an hour of short conversations and long hold times, I was told that I would have to pay to have it looked at since the two weeks was up. I was told after almost a month of a non-working, new TV that I would have to call the manufacturer. I was told that protocol prevented them from doing anything for me.

    I had to return the first TV like this one because of smell. So I got a new one (same brand) and it has the same issue! My husband said (after several days of seeing if the smell went away again and did not) to return it. We fear either the flumes are unhealthy and/or it is a fire hazard. Had quest and the minute they walked into the door they asked if something was burning.

    Terrible the sound goes out and it just closes out what I’m watching than when I turn it off and on it doesn’t bring me back to where I was watching the show it turned off this product sucks don’t buy it now I have to see if toshiba has a warrant because time has passed to return it to best buy

    Please do not share this review! I am legally blind and struggle with my recent purchase, but my son and I are working in out. TTS Total Tech Support was not very helpful. I believe some of them may be new from the sound of it. I ended up calling Amazon directly and they were able to help me with my issue of setup of cube.
