Nice TV but the volume is all over the place

The music and background noise is loud and the words are soft. I have to keep the remote in my hand to be ready to raise and lower the volume. I have been through the settings and nothing fixes this. Other than that I like the tv

I wouldn't have bought it if I had known that. Luckily we had a Roku stick on the old TV and I can get Spectrum through that, though it defeats the purpose of a smart TV.
