Bought a Smart TV

A bit disappointed to find that the return period was only 2 weeks.

But they gave us a different remote back not sure why.

Worst Tv Ever

Worked pretty decently up until a month ago. You can be watching a show on any of the apps no less than 5 mins into the show it automatically kicks you out of the app and back to the main screen. Reset the tv to factory settings multiple times and also made sure all software and apps were up to date. None of this helped. It became more of a hassle to watch tv than it was worth. Will never buy another tv the itch the word Amazon Fire in the description. This was the worst tv we have ever owned
