    Worst TV ever, I bought this TV for my parents for Christmas. Its had a mind of its own ever since and now it won’t even turn on. It has power to it but won’t do anything. Never again will I purchase a Toshiba

    Very disappointed in this product obviously a lemon this is my second Toshiba purchased from Best Buy the other one I have no issues with at all. This was still under manufacturer warranty sent it off for repair fixed the initial problem of not getting past the home screen which was confirmed by Geek Squad member sent off repair 3 weeks later brought it home home screen issue was was repaired but then there was no sound took it back Geek Squad same day confirmed that there was a sound issue with TV sent it off a second time five weeks later I get the TV back and they say that is not under warranty which is ridiculous purchased in July 2020 Best Buy says there hands are tied.

    It's really slow to start and the processor is also very slow. I get lost in the GUI; it's not very intuitive. I ended up buying something different and have been much happier.

    Continually have to reset remote which keeps impairing with the tv. Too late to return so now I’m stuck with it.

    DO NOT BUY! I regret purchasing this because only about after a month of installing all of my preferred apps and hooking up to wifi...after a given point, the television will cease to handle finding a network connection and your apps will disappear. Rendering the ‘SMARTV’, pretty useless. Now I have a 25lb paperweight, since I cannot return it since its past the window..absolutely ridiculous that Best Buy sells faulty products.

    Horrible had it for just 3 months and the motherboard just gave up on me I recommend you buy a regular tv and not this trash it will give up on you right when the returnable period ends. You will waste your money on this trash. Do not buy this I repeat do not buy this at all

    It’s cheap and streaming quality is meh at best. Sports are not fun to watch on it but for the price it gets the job done.

    This is the second time with this type of tv from best buy. The first one I took back due the cord not wanting to stay plug in (in the back of the tv). Well now have the same problem with the second one that they exchange it for. I just put it back in the box and when I get time I'll take it back and get my money back as I went somewhere else and bought one that work.

    I've had this tv for less than 6 months and it the screen is black and will not come on. Still plays audio but no video. Contacting the manufacturer for either a replacement or refund. Very disappointing

    Screen was shattered right out of the box, my daughter was devastated on Christmas morning. This is the second time this year I’ve purchased a fire TV and now both had to be returned. Admittedly the ease you can stream and have everything at your finger tips along with Alexa access is great for kids but I’m not sure I would recommend this brand.

    Disappointed with Toshiba, this TV constantly buffers viewing apps like Hulu, Friendly TV, etc. I have to reboot almost every day just to watch over the air TV with an antenna, otherwise I just get a grey screen. No more Toshiba TVs for me!
