They shipped in the box that the tv came in, so it had no protection and the box was damaged. I just found out that the person I gave it to said the TV did not work!!! Not sure on how to proceed, and today is a holiday.

It only gets used for a maximum of 2 hours a week. Today went to use it and the screen displays lines through it and it constantly restarts. Unfortunately bestbuy says its no longer eligible for return.

Freezes like crazy

I recommend it for the everyday living room TV if you ask me I say go kop you one and treat your eyes to a treat.

Now the remote is paired but I cannot get past the setup screen. The remote works to turn the TV on and off and I can navigate between menus. But it will not get past the startup screen where it says I need to pair a remote. Clearly the remote is paired but there is some poorly written software that is causing this problem.
