This tv was purchased as a gift for a good friend who had been using an antiquated one on it's last lap. Needless to say, he's extremely excited and loves the simple functionality and add channeling without paying out more. Thanks Best Buy! You came through again.

Good tv, very easy to set up and has clear picture

My initial TV was cracked and when I returned to the store, I was AMAZED at how helpful the employees were in expediting my exchange. The new unit is PERFECT for my crafting room and I am enjoying the ease of accessing my favorite streaming sites. Thanks for the EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Very 'technical' and a lot of hoops to go through to get working. Updates to be donwloaded, times of screen freezing.

We love the TV. But it was and sometimes is still very difficult to use a standard (not Fire) remote. I had to call the channel company to figure out how to get their remote to work. Even now, sometimes it will override the standard changer and you have to use the FIRE remote to get it back to the HDMI 1 input

Arrived very promptly, easy to set up, good picture.

My kids enjoy being able to find their shows easily.

Love that it a smart TV and I can watch anything on it

Bought 1 for each of my daughters and they love them. The built in apps work perfectly and it connected to my wifi quickly and easily. Would definitely purchase this tv again.

This is just the best TV we have ever purchased. Will buy a larger version for our living room soon. It connects easily to Wifi and set-up was a breeze. Not our first Toshiba and won't be the last. Highly recommend.

This Toshiba wasn't for me because it's the "Amazon Fire" edition. It ALWAYS powers up to the Amazon homme screen, showing several streaming apps. I need it to power up to the HDMI connection it's connected to when I turn it off. I traded it for a non-Fire edition TV

Very affordable and perfectly functional TV. Very pleased with it, but took a bit to get it set up as I am somewhat technologically challenged. Basically, took time to get the remote synced otherwise VERY simple.

Love it. Would recommend to buy if you have children that like to play the gaming console

Cecropia nice tc. The streaming options are great. To add channels for use of antenna, the guide on the tc was on point. This model is loaded with channels available to stream without accessing Netflix or Hulu. The settings are very user friendly. Really nice product.

Still using this tv - but - no disney??? You guys need to get the disney thing figured out. It's supposed to be a smart tv, it should be able to do whatever we ask of it.

Like this tv Note it does not like a moist environment to much ( mounted in bathroom and motion pictures stop working some times...)

This tv dose work with Alexa but unfortunately you can’t use it with the first plug. But I very much enjoy able to watch my internet shows and movies on it. I also enjoy watching my shows and movies by using the apps that can be downloaded on the tv.

I needed a replacement tv for the bedroom and this hit all the right buttons. Although I had a Fire Stick, the built in Fire TV works great. Each generation gets better, especially the voice control. Nothing fancy but works great for a bedroom tv.

Wen to TV dept. to find a wall mount for a 32" Toshiba TV. The person in the dept. had no knowledge about the devices and handed me on. I then went to the people at the Geek Squad and asked if any of them had mounted a TV on the wall? On lady said she had done a bunch. I asked which one should I get and she looked at the kit I had and said "Not, that one!" You can not swivel the TV so you have to put all you cables on before mounting the TV to the bracked. She then took me back to the TV section and said here this is what you should buy. I did, I am satisfied, she was right, I am disappointed that the first person the in TV dept. had no idea on how to mount a TV and did not have any knowledge.
