The Fire TV was great! Easy to use and clear picture. However, the picture is sooo bright that everything looks a little washed out.I haven't decided to keep it or not.

The TV was lagging from the beginning and I gave it a few days to warm up, but I never had time to return it.

No complaints but now that I’ve bought the TCL TVs I honestly like them better. If you go with this and like amazon fire sticks it’s not bad at all. This one went in one of the kids rooms so works for us.

It is a nice unit but I bought it mostly for antenna TV use. It is a kind of internet TV and has so many choices that getting it to come up on "TV" is somewhat cumbersome (not difficult, just a little annoying). I would prefer it to start up on TV and then let me choose other input or apps if I wanted. I use it infrequently and many times when I do turn it on I have to wait for a software update to finish before I can actually watch it.

I am 72 and can't tell you how helpful this is for me. Not because I am too weak to walk around the store, but because I have asthma, and wearing a mask brings on an asthma attack.

Took some getting used to our first smart tv but now we love it. Easy to use, did have an issue in the beginning but Best Buy was right on it and fixed it right away

Happy with my purchase. Bought around December of 2018 still works as expected in 2023.

It’s ok, have had issues with the TV but have been able to fix it with some Google suggestions from other customers. Not perfect, a bit annoying actually but functional for the most part.

Expensive for the size, but i like the picture quality. I do not like the idea of amazon prime registration for access Good pictures display

The product works well. I'm able to access shows that I missed. The only impediment is that I have to purchase some of the channels. I am still learning about how to operate the TV.

Good TV for the money. A little slow if searching for analog and digital channels. Filled with media Applications. Perfect size for a RV master bedroom.

Nice TV. I bought it for the Fire TV. I have Dish and I can run Dish Anywhere on this without needing an additional box. Synced to WiFi easily and quickly integrated with Alexa.

This TV does the job, it’s very slow to open up one app and another. Its not a network connection because my other brand TV’s around the house work perfect, it’s just this one that has buffering issues.

Bought this for my elderly mother in law. It's great. She loves the closed caption option. The words are large and easy to read.

Love this TV. I bought this tv because my insignia was having to many issues. Toshiba is a good brand, and so far no issues with streaming and quality

Great tv.. never opened because once I got it home I realized it was too small and returned it for the next size up. The 43 inch TV repurchased is working great.

Sometimes the tv takes a while to load and turn on. It is a bonus that its a smart tv just wish it didnt move slow.
