TV issues

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am very displeased with this purchase, I am currently having issues using my wifi on this tv, I am getting an error message that says something to the affect: cannot Amazon cloud services. Features that require internet connectivity have been temporarily disabled. Upon further review, I found that this was a known issue and you guys are still selling these tvs. I would appreciate it if someone could contact me to see if this situation can resolved, would really like a different tv to replace this one. I probably won't get any answers but would really appreciate someone to contact me! Thank you
