Not a good purchase

I’m taking it the geek Squad to have them look at it. The TV is not even 2 years old and it is not showing a picture. When it was working the quality of the picture was beautiful, maybe I got a lemon.

Don't buy

I've had Firesticks 4k before and they were much faster at processing requests. Since Firestick 4K has been the Amazon standard for awhile I'd assumed the performance would be identical. Buy a regular HD TV and add a $30 Firestick if you want the Amazon experience.

Disappointed, beware of freezing picture

The sound and picture quality is not as good and the main issue is when I stream on the Xfinity app the picture consistency freezes and you only hear the audio. I've tried numerous fixes and none work. I do not have this issue on my other Toshiba or TVs that use Roku to stream. I do find Roku TVs easier to use.

Worked well until picture failed after 22 months

I replaced it with a Sony. Had it not failed, I would have given it 4 stars, with only the complexity of running it as a drawback.
