Worst TV slow sound goes in and out complete trash

You cannot watch a program because it is so annoying. The TV is so slow. I got it for my eight-year-old daughter’s room and she won’t even use it because it’s too slow. Every time you try to use the TV you basically have to re-download or do some type of update to the apps. I wanted a simple smart TV for my kids to be able to watch Netflix and Disney what a waste of money the sad part is I bought two of them just more things that are gonna be going to the landfill.

Remote can "disconnect" from the TV?!

I bought this for my grandma who is in a nursing home. She can't be trying to figure out how to reset the remote to get it reconnect to the TV. Never in my life have I had a remote "disconnect" from my TV and not work.

Bought in April and useless in October!

The controller is the only way to control anything on the Tv except the input. You can't even control Volume. So even if I plug in a streaming device you can't change the volume! Garbage

Came Defective

It won't switch input to TV cable...and when I try to watch someone off of the Amazon fire homepage, it stops playing and comes back to the home screen. Now it keeps shutting off and on AND best buy won't come fix it because it's smaller than 42in. NEVER AGAIN

Takes 10-20 seconds to change station. Whether watching live (antenna) TV or streaming, the TV will switch to the Home screen w/o touching any buttons. While watching live antenna TV, it will switch to another tv station or switch to the schedule list of shows. So bad that I'm donating to goodwill and definitely buying a different brand!!!
