Disappointed. Wanted to like this TV.

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I wanted to like this TV but two problems: Tuner was unable to pick up KABC (Digital Channel 7..1) Los Angeles and also was difficult to use simply to tuen on the TV and change channels; appeared only was to do so (ie watch TV) is having to go to the Program Guide. Every time.

Very slow tv

It’s slow to start and it’s slow when your using it. You can push the volume button and nothing will happen then 30 seconds later the volume will finally change. When you turn it on sometimes you’ll get the “ fire tv” screen but most of the times you get nothing but a blank screen. You can tell the tv is on but nothing is happening. And that’ll last until you unplug the tv. I mean it’s not a good tv. I’m taking it back.

I will NEVER buy another Amazon tv. So difficult to operate, it is SUPER slow, and never connects properly. What a waste.

THE FIRST ONE WORKS FINE, BUT THIS ONE NOT SO MUCHI. T SHUTS OFF FOR NO RHYME OR REASON WHEN EVER IT FEELS LIKE IT. I AM ALWAYS HAVING TO TURN IT BACK ON. PLUS THE SOUND IS HORRIBLE. YOU HAVE TO TURN IT UP SO HIGH TO HEAR IT AND IT IS STILL JUMBLED.

Started Off Great, but......................

But lately it seems to go burry (can't think of the proper verbage) particularly when the action speeds up while viewing the program. It is very disapointing. Thinking about bringing it so someone can inspect. Thank you.

This has been an ongoing frustration and I was out of town during the return period so now I'm stuck with it.

Only to get there, pay duty at customs and open the box to only find a tv. No remote, power cord or legs. What in the world Best Buy?!?! I’m so upset by this.

Broken TV and Heart on Christmas!

Someone had put an open box right in front of all the the other TV an we grabbed it not even seeing it was opened or being told it was at checkout. The person that had returned the TV must be the biggest low life in Ohio because they placed the broken TV ( by broken I really mean broken screen, messed up ports, missing screws etc) in the box and returned it. In doing so my niece had a broken heart at Christmas! Best Buy... please at least LOOK tat the returned TV!
