    Good TV while it lasted. Suddenly stopped functioning, will not power on. TV failed after 1 year 11 months of regular use. Not impressed with less than 2 year lifespan.

    Probably the worst TV I have ever purchased. The TV take a lot of time to piece together , then it took awhile to add channels, the worst was trying to get the remote for Frontier to be the only control. Thank goodness my nephew is a tech person he got it to work on one. The picture is terrible and the sound does not remain the same, some stations its to loud others mek you think y our deaf. I laater purchased a 19 inch that is the best thing picture and sound.

    If you want all your TV watching experience to be controlled though Amazon, then you may like this unit. But if you don't maintain an Amazon account, you can't get apps like you would on any other TV.

    I don’t like this tv but it was cheap so I guess you get what you pay for . I’m using it in my bedroom as a second tv so don’t use it that much . It keeps getting stuck so you have to unplug it to get it to reset

    I purchased this tv for my daughter bedroom. I have had nothing but problems with it since day one. SUPER slow. Worst tv I have EVER bought!

    If you like your TV turning off constantly with no way of turning that mode off then this is the TV for you. I could pause something on Hulu, Netflix or Disney +, walk away, go to the bathroom, go make food and when I got back the TV would either kick me out of what I was watching or just turn off. After doing research about it, there is no way to turn that off. No sleep mode activated, it just did what it wanted. Don't buy, go with something different.

    we purchased this tv for christmas present to my in laws but it was not friendly user for older people. we are returning this tv and getting them something else

    This TV died exactly at the two year mark. LCD panel died no indication prior to going dark.

    So i purchased 2 of these tvs for my kids as Christmas gifts. We ended up opening them Christmas morning as these were their first tvs and they were super excited. After I went through the process of installing the mounts and getting them up low and behold one of them didnt even turn on, complete brick. The other that did turn on lagged so bad it took over a minute just to turn on which is ridiculous. I returned them both to the store and got an Amazon Fire TV and the difference is significantly noticable. Stay away from these TVs.

    This TV would be fine, except that it does not appear to allow screen mirroring, nor am I able to connect my phone through bluetooth to listen to music. I thought that all TVs had this feature now.

    Didn't meet my needs because of the limited universe of apps that will work with a Fire TV. Didn't give me what I was looking for until I went back to buy a Roku stick to add to the TV.

    I’ve already returned this - not a good picture, not good sound - what’s to like? Also, every time you turn it on, you must specify what input is being used. It doesn’t default to the last one used. Didn’t like it.

    We can't get any of the channels that we want to watch. It's a smart tv, but we aren't smart enough to get what we want even with the higher priced antenna!! would not recommend this to anyone!!

    This was good for the price, but it is laggy and will sometimes turn off for no reason or freeze up and go to a black screen in the middle of watching an episode.

    I had to buy a fire stick to get mirroring, You can’t cast with the version of fire tv built into the tv. I believe there are other functions missing with the built in tv.

    This tv was trouble from the start. They did not make the fire tv very easy to use and always had issues with lading things. Id pass big time.

    Cannot turn on the TV without going through Fire TV options. A real pain. Batteries in remote last a bit over three weeks. Would not buy another TV like this one.
