The quality of the remotes are trash. The tv’s do not have buttons on the besides 1 button that is a power button & input button. So once the r more goes out there is no way to control the tv at all. None of the replacement remotes would pair. So now we have a tv that is not even 1 year old that we can not use until I can figure out another way around this

Remote needs to be re-paired for some reasons, could you please follow below steps to reset your remote?
Unplug your Fire TV and wait 60 seconds.
Press and hold the Left button, Menu button, and Back button at the same time. Hold them for 12 seconds.
Release the buttons and wait 5 seconds.
Remove the batteries from your remote.
Plug in your Fire TV and wait 60 seconds.
Put the batteries back in your remote.
Press the Home button.
When the LED indicator blinks blue, your remote is paired successfully. If it's not paired, press the Home button for 10 seconds.

No one can tell me where my TV is that should have been delivered by 9 pm last evening. I have been hung up on, transferred to incorrect depts. Your company needs a new service dept. They can't help, don't speak understandable English. I need my TV that I paid for. I will be writing Richfield, MN today. Attn Mr. Mike Mohan. I want My TV today.

I bought it for a Christmas present. Been away for awhile and daughter didn't get to use it. We are finally getting to use it now and this thing freezes nonstop, takes forever to load, shuts off without warning, and is a complete piece of crap. Unfortunately I'm two days past the return policy. Save your money and get an LG. I have three LG Smart TVs and have had no issues.

Hate this TV, but love Best Buy

I had to download an app just to get Xfinity cable. And the Xfinity app is a beta that crashes a couple of times a day. I hate this TV. I really wish I had returned it. I love Amazon Fire tablets and Fire Sticks. But I despise this TV. On the plus side, Best Buy has been a joy to deal with. Delivery was wonderful. I give Best Buy 5 stars.

Thin cheap screen

I bought this tv and once I opened it and was getting out of box the screen is so thin and cheap I guess my palm pushed in on the screen and once I turned it on a high black spot on screen, never got a chance to watch the first program!!!! I don’t think I will be purchasing another one like this , screen is just too thin.

Sound stopped working 1.5 yes after purchase

Had someone look at it and was told it would cost more to fix than to buy another one. I guess that’s what they want. Warranty is one year and that’s about all you’ll get out of it.

Turns off right after I start a movie

I will turn it on and within a couple minutes of watching it just turns off. I checked to see if the sleep timer was on but it is not. So aggravating.

Today. Was told only have 15 days from date of purchase to return. I will NEVER shop best buy again. Worst customer service ever.
