Look elsewhere for an inexpensive TV
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It does the basics ok, but it has a very, very slow OS. don't dare wiping it and restoring to factory defaults. It's almost impossible to get it to recognize the remote--the only way to set it up. I've had this tv for over 3 years, and have lost my patience with it. It won't recognize the remote now, which pretty much renders it useless. I'm sticking to Roku TV's from now on.

Had I known that every time I turn the tv on I would have to navigate to HDMI1 if you just want to watch regular tv instead of streaming which we do. Other than that it is an ok tv.

The TV turns on by default at home menu, if you would like keep last input source (i.e. HDMI), try the "Power On" feature, when enabled, the TV turns on displaying the last used input. To activate it, go Home > Settings > Display & Sounds > Power On and select Last Input.

I went to store “hoping” it was ready and it was. Not sure why I didn’t get an email to pick up item

A TV with a mind of it's own
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.A bunch of good reviews. Unfortunately I got a lemon. The TV has a mind of it's own. It will jump from streaming to the antenna. The remote is sometimes not responsive. It has even powered off on it's on a few times. One time the picture froze up and I couldn't get it to respond. I finally unplugged it, waited 30 seconds, and once back on it was fine until the next blunder. Nice little TV when it works correctly. I'm sure it is just a bad apple in the bunch. My other TV's have roku devices on them and don't have any where near these problems.
