Got an amazing Amazon Prime Day price on this TV via 3rd party seller Best Buy. A birthday gift for a friend. Best Buy via Fedex delivered days before the estimated delivery date and left it in an exposed location in a rain storm. We managed thru that. Upon opening the box there was NO power cord! Amazon deferred to Best Buy who deferred to Toshiba. I ended up paying $11. for a replacement cord. If you buy this, immediately determine if all the parts are in the box. Others posted a similar issue and missing 'legs'.

Sorry doesn’t seem to work with certain providers, although it’s a nice picture and good sound.

It felt like a serendipitous occasion buying my TV with no pressure from the staff. They let me browse and then contacted them.

Picture and UI is great and very clear. But this TV is very unreliable. Had to buy 2 of these and they both stopped working abruptly. Remote stopped working as well and buying a replacement is too expensive. I had to use the app but it disconnected at random times and sometimes wouldn’t connect to the TV at all.

This TV is trash. I purchased the 32" because I had such great luck with the 55". This TV has had problems since the moment I took it out of the box. I purchased September 2020. By October 2020 the remote kept disconnecting itself. Had to watch several youtube videos over and over to keep reconnecting the remote. This has never stopped. Now, Feb. 2021 the tv constantly loses connection to the internet. I've done all the recommended troubleshooting. Unplug TV, reset router, unplug router. None of it works. All other devices in my home are connected to the wifi just fine, including the other smart TVs. Now the TV cannot even locate my wifi network. The router is 1 foot away from the TV. This TV is not worth the money. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!

The 32 inch came fast. The tv is definitely great for the price. Brightness is a little low but still good.

The TV did not last long - it stopped working less than 3 years after purchasing the TV. Not very impressed, a TV should be lasting longer than 3 years.

Good value Like the streaming features and ability to use web browser

This is a great tv for a spare room and the price is right.

Sound is not as good as I expected it's kind of low

The TV is great but the remote is crap. I reached out to Best Buy concerning the issue and was basically told to buy one at a local store or send the TV back. Aggravated with this antiquated process, will purchase another remote from a different supplier.

worked really well for the first 3 years. My daughter still has the tv but it powers off on it's own.

This was a mistake purchase. The television is garbage. I can turn on the tv okay but it takes forever to connect to apps and it certainly isn’t easy to cast to from a mobile device. You’re better off buying a normal television. This tv sits on a shelf in my shop and collects dust. I have no use for it.

I like my tv until I got Hulu, they don’t always communicate well with each other.

It is difficult to navigate the screens. The product needs a better customer instruction guide. I have to use intuition about how to access anything.
