Not to great of a tv got it for small kids works like is should

This TV will not accept the TV2 output from a Dish setup, and that’s over 90% of what I watch, so it’s useless to me. The online owner’s manual was no help. Toshiba customer service would not help me try to work around this problem with my brand new TV without charging my credit card. The people at Dish really tried to help, but we could not find a way to make it work. I’m taking it back tomorrow.

Bought December 2020 stopped working November 2024. I won’t purchase another Toshiba product. I hoped it would last 6-8 years!

The remote doesn't even work. It constantly loses connection to the tv. I have to keep pulling the batteries out of the remote control to restart it, in order to change the channel. After every 30 seconds of zero use, the remote control cuts off connection to the tv. I should've never bought this. I'll be returning it.

Avoid this one. has lots of issues. half the time it loses the inputs and you have to power cycle for 5 minutes to recover. it's very buggy and fussy. over a year old now for me, I should have returned it.

I use to think highly of the brand, this tv changed my mind in Toshiba. We had an old Toshiba from 2004 that lasted almost 20 years, this tv isn’t going to make 20 weeks. We have no apps installed and yet I keep getting errors that I’m out of space. I can’t uninstall the Amazon apps because that isn’t allowed. Resetting it again to see if starting from scratch. We have a couple other older tvs to replace and I wouldn’t buy another Toshiba, sorry this has just been too glitchy.

Only one tv was ordered, five TV's were delivered. The last 2 tvs were hell to be picked up. Best Buys need to work on communications and management structure !

Seems fine for Netflix and might work for "cord cutters" that only use streaming services, but using with an actual cable service not working. Needed to download a special app, which is in beta test - difficult to change channels, and the aspect ratio is incorrect (everything too narrow).

Tv will turn off while watching. Then it goes to main screen and wont do anything else. Lasted one year .

Garbage. Dead screen 2 years in. They don’t make them like they used to.

Tv was worthless tge Amazon Fire OS was extremely laggy and lacking some of tge apps would not even open not worth the 129.99 I paid for it. Returned it after 2 hours of having installed it

What a pain smart tv should be called dumb tv whatever happened to just plug it in first and last smart I buy there is a plus very light so when you throw it away you won’t hurt your back

I have bought two of these and neither one lasted past two years. Bought one 32" and 55". 32 lasted bout 2 years. Bought 55 last year after black friday and did not last the year. Worst tv ever even at a bargain.

It was awful. I ended up returning. Wouldn't connect to the internet what so ever. Unfortunately I got the insignia fire tv instead when I returned this one and it's not much better.

We had to return it to the store, it wouldnt turn on
