    There were problems with sound on both the sets I returned for refund. Rather than increase when I tried to boost the sound, it simply plateaued rather increased.

    Flimsy and picture not very good. Had to replace right after opening the box screen was cracked.

    Total confusion on my online order for TV. 2 orders placed in error. I called and canceled one that was designated to be shipped. But it was not cancelled so I ended up being charged for 2 TV . I returned one for credit to my credit card but the whole transaction was very frustrating.
