Twice Defective
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this last night and noticed that in two sections of the display were dead pixels in the shape of reversed numbers. I asked my dad about it since he uses to fix tvs for a living and he said the tv was defective. So, I exchanged it for a other one, thinking that if I don't get one manufactured in April 2023, it would be okay. I got one made in May 2023, took it home and it has the same problem! Now I have to go back to Best Buy, again! Now I have to consider a different TV because I am NOT doing this again. If you get this TV, make sure to check the display for weird dead pixels shaped like numbers.

Great TV for Price

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We got this tv on black friday and overall it is an upgrade from an old 27 inch tv we bought 10ish years ago. We do sometimes have an issue when changing to HDMI where it wont let us do it from the home menu and had to unplug the tv to make it work again but it started having the same issue. So far changing the output from the TV remote button helped (I think it was a recall button not sure). Other than that it was great for the price that we got it for.
