Keeps restarting in its own

I can’t watch anything on it because it keeps shutting off and restarting. I didn’t open the box until a few months after I bought it, so now I’m stuck with a tv that’s completely useless. I have two other Toshiba fire tvs that I love, so disappointed this one didn’t work! And now I’m out $260 and still need a tv!

A real pain!

Every time we experience a a glitch in the power it affects the TV. It is a real pain to get the TV to work again. I think I need to return this and exchange it.

Sound is subpar

I have tried every option available in the settings and I still have to turn it up to about 24 or 25 to just barely hear what the people are saying. Definitely need to work on that Toshiba!

Opened box and it was clearly a used tv missing remote and leg for tv. Returned in less than an hour after picking up and associate questioned me and made me feel as if it was not the one I purchased. Very bad experience

Defective Products, No Accountability
