Had lines going thru screen within a year of everyday use.

Bought this online as a Christmas present for my kids. Upon opening it was damaged inside of the box.

My son was hard on the tv and I had a problem when trying to repair

TV is way too small we will obtain a replacement for this TV.

Great small tv for a small room, picture quality is unbelievable, from a distance you would be hard pressed to tell it from a much more expensive 1080P display, sound quality is really good too, it has bluetooth that works really well, overall super happy with my purchase, i got it for $79.99 on black Friday, and that came with an echo dot. While i do think its a great product, i dont know if its worth 130 bucks which seems like the regular price, for that much money i would just spend a little more for a bigger tv.

Super name brand value for money. It's the perfect smaller tv for your kitchen/bathroom or guest room/den. Easy set and also light weight, so it's no fuss to carry it around the house where needed. Also have to mention great service by BestBuy and lightning-fast delivery. All in all a winner.

I love this television. It was the easiest install/setup I have ever had with a tv in the last 10 or so years. My only issue is with the stand now being legs that are situated on the ends of the tv instead of a stand in the center, making it more difficult to fit on a table. I had to purchase a new table to fit it which I was not planning to do.

Very nice very light smart tv. Picture is very Good and the remote can with without pointing it at the TV. Sounds quality is better than expected. All in all great tv for the price.

I'm not a huge fan of big TVs. This is the perfect size for me. The picture and sound are great and I like the FireTV feature.

I got this for my daughter as a Christmas gift! She loves it and it's easy to use. She loves that it's a smart tv and you can sync a speaker.

I bought this 32 inch tv to fit in a cabinet that I previously had a tv in. The cabinet is only 28 3/4 inches wide.. I searched every tv on the internet and this was the only one that would fit. All of the other brands were 1 inch too wide. This turned out to be a Fire TV! It has a beautiful picture and I love it. I am a 72 year old female and I was able to set it up with no help, except from God. I couldn't be happier. I bought it on black Friday for $79.00 and free shipping, came in 3 days. What's not to love? Thank you Best Buy!

I’ve owned this same model tv for two years now, without incident or a care. It just worked as advertised! So when a friend asked for a recommendation on a small smart tv, I was confident bragging about this Toshiba. After a week, the remote just quit. Buttons just got stuck. My tv remote worked fine on it! By the end of the week, it just went black screen. Best Buy was quick to swap it out. A month later and the replacement is working great. I’d give it 4 stars if I didn’t have to deal with the bad apple from the barrel in the first place. Also, the processor on that model is REALLY slow. App and channel changes seem to take forever.

I was looking for a simple, smaller tv to replace my 27". This is it. Easy to set up, the streaming i like, good to go.

Item works wonderfully. Sound exceeded my expectations and the picture quality is perfect for my xbox. I've found nothing wrong with my purch and the staff were incredibly helpful. An item i wanted was out of stock but the alternative was better than what i initially wanted. Help was fast and checking out was absolutely wonderful. I look forward to shopping here again.

I think this is a quality product, but there are several things I don't like. *There is no User Manual, just a Quick Install Guide. I checked with Toshiba Support, and despite them saying the User Manual was available online, I could not find it. I tried Best Buy Support and Amazon and the best reponse I could get is that they are using online information and when I went to the posted site it was more like some most often Q&As. There are a lot of features and I really don't feel like hunting all over the web to find out about and how to use them. *I found it very challenging to insert HDMI cables as the case bulges out where the speaker(s) are and they don't just slide in because of the obstructions *I like to turn on my TV and see TV channels, but I get an elaborate menu of things to go through and choose. Others might like this but I don't. I presume this is what Fire TV is about, and it's not for me. Wouldn't buy another Fire TV for these reasons. *The remote doesn't have numbers for channel selection so it makes it difficult to go back and forth between channels. There is a, "Recently viewed" option, but again this makes it more complicated and something I have to figure out - and I have not yet successfully. * I also have this on the wall above my computer and have it setup as a 2nd monitor, but even when the TV is off my mouse pointer gets lost in this 2nd monitor and I waste a fair amount of time trying to get it back on my computer screen. ***I am an experienced electronics user and have built and repaired PCs, fixed phones, done IT and worked in IS. I'm tired of modern electronics that don't have manuals and expect you to find answers on search engines and in forums.

Great TV size and quality for my granddaughter's bedroom. It was a birthday gift and she's thrilled at the performance too.
