    Tried to setup the tv and couldn’t. It kept saying it was unable to update returned it and bought another tv.

    My tv didn't arrive at the store until after the due date and I want advised of this until the last day. If it was going to be late it would've helped to know initially.

    Came with a crack and red lines at the top of screen . Don’t notice until we plugged it up on the stand and threw away box .

    I was there the TV there were no screws where the line no batteries were the remote who does that and it was a Christmas present Best Buy. Someone could check that box.

    This TV stopped working on 12/10/2025. The Screen turned white when attempting to watch since the return ended in November. I am now stuck.
