Power flicker when watching HDMI

Then while watching the TV on HDMI 1 and 2 it starts to flicker after about an hour of being on. Tried putting it on a battery backed UPS and still the power flickers after watching TV for more than an hour on HDMI 1 or 2. Did not try coax connection as I don't have anything that will output coax.
