This TV has been a great addition to my home. It was worth the investment!

Aside from a defect on the trim of the screen, it's a really good TV.

The audio could be better but for the price I will overlook that.

I was looking for a new TV to replace my 8 yr old RCA 42" set because I am tired of lifting that heavy thing. I saw this Toshiba on the website and read the reviews. After considering price and the comments I decided to buy. I hooked it up last night and I am not disappointed at all. The picture is very clear and sharp. The color is vibrant and full. Honestly I don't understand some of the poor reviews about the sound. The sound blew me away! I don't need a sound bar with this. This was a solid purchase. Toshiba seems to be an underrated brand, as most things I've had from them have been of excellent quality. If you aren't necessarily looking for the top of the line home theater TV with all the bells and whistles, this Toshiba is a fantastic budget TV.

tv never worked properly. I blamed the cable service and had it completely reinstalled. including all the cable lines and connections . I went back to the store and managed to get a phone no. to call for service. now I am without a Tv for another week And for all I know it may be longer. when I called about the problem someone could have given me the service number and not wasted my time and my drivers time. I understand t hat things go wrong but that was no way to treat a loyal customer. When I called the store , I was told there was a possibility of an exchange or replacement.I am 75 yrs old and have a hard time getting around.

We purchased the Insignia TV because of the low price but found out you get what you pay for. The picture and audio were very poor quality. We returned it to Best Buy no questions asked and purchased another brand.

Bought a 43"TV on line with free shipping. What a deal ? Could have bought it in the store for $20.00 less 3 days later. Thanks Best Buy. Truth in advertising. Nothing wrong with the product.
