Broken out of the box
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We picked this TV up new at the store, opened the box at home and saw right away something was off. The screen wasn't exactly flat in the middle, it was slightly curved and the strip of plastic that runs across the top wasn't securely down onto the screen. We plugged it in and there was a strip of light on the top of the screen where the plastic wasn't secured down. How did this get past quality control at the factory!? At least Best Buy was nice and easily let us exchange it. We picked a different brand.

Avoid Toshiba

After a couple of months on HDMI selection, screen started flashing and popping and now can't watch anything there, just the cable where picture is adequate at best. Also the AV has now gone out so I can't watch Netflix or Watch ESPN. I would not recommend anything made by Toshiba. Also have a laptop less than a year old that shuts off and restarts randomly on its own.
