Okay, let me start by saying that my expectations were low for a 249 dollar TV but I must say I am impressed. I bought this to replace a 42 inch bedroom TV that was 4 times the price and only lasted 4 years. I am using this TV to watch shows from my Roku and play Xbox games. My shows look awesome and my games look great, even the speakers are half way decent. One of the main reasons for buying this was the price and the fact its just a regular TV no smart features (I have all the products to plug in). I was also really surprised in the build quality of the unit itself. I will buy another one of this to replace the aging TV in my office.

I have always been the last person to try the newest technology available. When I finally decided to purchase a flat tv i did my due diligence in regards to picture, sound and other features. I decided to get a good quality TV without any "smart", HD, 4K , etc. Very happy with this tv set (no problems at all) and plan to purchase a big, smart and HD tv for the holidays. Besides my research I also listen to the employees input and go from there. So far, I have never been wrongly advised by any of the staff people. Waiting for the holidays to get my BIG (with everything) flat TV.

So far I'm loving this TV!!! Bought a Insignia after reading the reviews and was very DISAPPOINTED picture quality sucks!!! This Toshiba is a Great pic n sound!!!! Very Very satisfied with my purchase!!!!! Would highly recommend this TV!!!

I used Best Buys money saving "out of the box" purchase option. Not only did I get savings but a quality product. Great image, sound and easy to set up by one person.

At $230, I love this TV. It's of a good quality, and a nice size for someone who wants to turn their bedroom into a home theatre or a game room by mounting it on the wall.

Great Price and quality TV for $229. Exceeds expectations by a long shot. If you're not looking for a Smart TV.... this is the one for those looking for a TV smaller than 50 inches.

Needed a 1080HD TV for in the bedroom. Didn't need anything bigger than about 44" but couldn't live with anything much smaller. Didn't realize this mid-40's size range was something getting more scarce. Looked in both shopping clubs where we are members and no dice for this size TV unless it was maybe 720 instead of 1080. So, for the second time in a row, Best Buy got the sale on a TV in my home. Toshiba has always worked well for me over the years, so when I saw the right size and resolution from them, I didn't hesitate. Plus, the price was right. Picture is great, setup was easy and quick. No-brainer and no problems.

Needed a new TV for my Mom. Found this 43" Toshiba at our local Best Buy store. Perfect size and easy to use. Mom loves it! Good picture quality and easy to use remote.

I just wanted to replace a 34" with a basic unit, at 43" the picture is GREAT, the sound is good also. Typical Toshiba...GREAT PICTURE teamed with Best Buy at a great price!

We needed an easy to use, good quality television for our 91 year old mother. Great picture, sound and price; easy to set up; and she likes it . Just what was needed.

The controls are fairly intuitive. Colors are vibrant. The motion blur is minimal. I just wish there was one more HDMI input to accommodate all of my usual sources.

Great price on tv. Clear picture. Set up was easy and did not cause any problems. Salesperson was very helpful and accommodating-- even carried and loaded the tv in my car.

Out of the box, the tv was light weight, easily assembled (stand to base) and ease to setup. The colors are crisp and the sound clear. A good purchase for the money.

Checked out a few places, but this was the best price for the quality and size of tv we wanted. Very happy with our purchase.

My Toshiba was easy to set up (putting on the legs and making the connections on the back). The picture quality was easy to adjust and the set up manual was easy to follow.

I was looking for a non-smart HDTV, and I am not ready to make the jump to 4K. My local store had a couple of models: an Insignia and this Toshiba. The salesman recommended the Insignia as said they had been having some Toshiba's being returned. I ignored his advice, and bought the Toshiba. I am not sure I made the right choice. At around 3 weeks the TV temporarily lost the sound, but found if I hit the mute button twice it came back. Now at 5 weeks of owning the TV it has done this again twice, and I am worried about future problems. This all being said, it has a great picture, excellent speakers, and it doesn't cost much at all. Perhaps buyers should consider adding the extended warranty if they buy it.

I bought the Toshiba for my lake cottage. I don't have "TV" hook up there. I got it to use with a Raspberry Pi running Kodi software. A way to bypass cable. The TV performs better than I expected. As mentioned by others the sound from the built in speakers is adequate and much better than my other two late model flat panel TVs. I was somewhat reluctant to choose this brand and model, but I am very glad I did.

This TV is just what I needed, great picture easy to use and speakers are good. Looking for a great economical TV, go for this one. I have no complaints at all.
