    I had a very good sales person help me & easy internet purchases for my TV. The WiFi works great and has very good range. I have always been satisfied with the sales and service at the honolu best buy store.

    We searched many stores before making our purchase at Best Buy. The main reason we decided to buy there was the customer support that we had when we bought the tv. The agent answered all of our questions and gave us good recommendations. We'd buy there again for next tv.

    This is being used as a business monitor so I can't speak to the TV functionality, but the picture is good. Display is bright with no bleed through, and with PC settings don't have issues with overscan and input lag.

    I purchased TV because it was actually cheaper in store than what was advertised online and it had the features I wanted. The only downside is that the sound quality does not meet my expectations. You have to turn volume up a lot to hear speech. I debating about getting a sound bar for it. That is why I gave it 4 stars.

    Difficult to setup and took hours trying to get HDMI connection with cable. It several tries using all 3 ports with no succcess, called Toshiba support and they were useless in assisting with setup. I finally got it to work after a while. I also bought a Best Buy Insigna TV which was much easier to setup.
