Broke after 18 months

I came home from work one day tried to turn it on and the screen was black but I could still hear sound. The display had just died. Toshiba customer support had me try a couple things but basically said it was out of warranty and there wasn’t much they could do. I understand it’s a budget tv but I expect a tv to last longer than a year and a half of moderate use. I replaced it with an LG hoping for a better built product

The Hardware is fine. Software is slow & clunky

The actual screen is fine. There's no issues with the hardware. Maybe having an audio port in the front would be a nice addition, but not required. However, the software is slow and clunky. Why does it take so many clicks of the remote to find something? The remote should be rechargeable. No problem, as I purchased rechargeable batteries. Yet, there are still issues with the software. Anyone that wants to guess where apps are or how to find things will find this software experience a little annoying. The whole User Interface is confusing. The layout, and simplicity of finding things is not easy for the user. The software developers should learn how to arrange apps and clicks by using an Apple TV.
