    Amazon advertises rent/buy content much more than on PC. This tv would be better suited if operated by an old laptop, however it caps at 1080p when used as a pc monitor. DO NOT BUY if you intend to use it with a pc as a 4k display.

    Worst TV purchase I ever made! Bought in August 2021 and changed the batters at least 10 times since then. It's now Jan 2022. The remote burns up the batteries. Bought several different quality batteries and they each only last about 2-3 weeks. This is the least used TV. Poor design, cheap quality, no buttons on the TV. You can't even turn it on our off without the remote. Buyer beware!

    Yesterday om May 19,2024, I turned on my TV and everything was fine. Went to turn it on in the evening and I had volume, but no picture. Tried unplugging and replugging the TV and nothing.

    TV worked great...until it didnt work at all. Suddenly one day it wouldnt turn on. No power surges or outages. TV gets power, just black screen, no sound, nothing. Glad I got the extra protection plan, but....even that isnt what it says it is.

    Dead in less than 2 years

    Purchased December 2021. Yesterday it was red blinking light of death. Went with Toshiba and paid a bit more because of long electronics history instead of the cheaper brands. Save yourself some money and buy the cheap brand. It should last atleast 2 uears.

    Worst tv I've ever purchased. Ive never had to get a warranty cause if you dont break it the tv should never have any problems right? Wrong. Went to watch tv in the bedroom one evening and it simply refused to turn on with no identifiable reason or cause. Never get toshiba tvs

    Not enough CPU to do everything this Fire TV wants to do: would not recognize HDMI signal from cable box half the time, screen saver would turn on when watching TV, sound was erratic. Didn't really perform 10 times out of 10

    The worst TV I have ever had. There are so many things wrong that I can’t list them all. You would be better off using a flashlight to make shadow animals on a wall. It went back to the store very quckly.

    This Tv and support SUCKS! TV cord does not fit correctly. I called someone at support and spoke to someone in a DIFFERENT COUNTRY that does know their butt in a hole in the ground. I will post this where ever i csn warn customers how you deal. I expect help or call my Attorney

    I brought this tv May 27, 3023! And already I have no picture! Just a sound! Through it would be a good buy for my dressing room, but I was wrong! Lucky I brought a warranty! Now I have to just see what Best Buy will do!

    Don’t buy this. I really wanted to like this, but after less than a year it’s already glitching. If I tried to select a menu item on the left, I would press the remote one time and it would skip over 5 Menu items. Amazon also bombards you with ads on the main menu.

    The 4K on this TV never came through, but I was content enough with 1080. However, the video stopped working 15.5 months after the purchase date. I would strongly recommend against purchasing this or a similar Toshiba model.
