    We have had this tv for about 6 months and it is constantly freezing and turning off, We were so excited after reading the reviews, but this TV had been the worst we’ve ever had.

    Tv bricked after updating to the latest update. Best buy and Amazon customer service weren't able to help me with the problem. I'm stuck with this expensive paper weight in my room

    Do not buy had the same issue twice so far where the TV will not turn on the first time it was under warranty the second time Samsung telling me warranty has expired, I had the TV since Aug 2021

    worked fine for a year and a half, then black screen. contacted the company said I should have bought extended warranty. Threw it away!

    My experience with my online order was absolutely horrible. The team at the Skibo rd location was unable to find the Smart tv i purchased online and i ended up spending 2 hours at bestbuy to get a different tv that i ended up having to pay ecyra for.

    If i could put zero stars i would. It didn't work. Pain in the butt to return. Called the manufacturer, they didn't really care. It wouldn't go past the set up.
